一种连续波速调管发射机的设计与实现

【摘要】 连续波雷达系统对发射机输出信号的频谱纯度要求比较苛刻,由于担心使用开关电源后电源纹波等影响最终输出信号质量,传统的大功率连续波发射机一般采用饱和电抗器稳压或电动调压器预稳压的稳压形式和400Hz十二相整流滤波或有源线性滤波的滤波形式。本文研究和设计了一种采用开关电源形式的连续波速调管发射机。首先,讨论了连续波速调管发射机的发展和特点;然后,给出了发射机的组成和基本原理;接下来根据系统要求,进行了整机方案的设计;并从工程实践的角度,对各分机展开详细设计;最后进行了整机性能测试,结果表明该发射机工作稳定,性能指标良好。同时,本文还讨论了一些进一步研究工作需要改进和考虑的地方。

【Abstract】 The CW radar system has very high requirement of spectral purity in the output signal of the transmitter. Considering that the quality of the final output signal will be worsen by the ripple voltage in output of switching power supply and so on, traditional high power CW transmitter commonly uses the supply using saturated-reactor or electric pressure regulator to regulate voltage beforehand and using 400 Hz 12 phase rectification filter circuit or active linear power supply to filter the ripple voltage.In this paper, a CW klystron transmitter based on switching power supply for radar system is investigated and designed. At first, the development and features of CW klystron transmitter are discussed. Then the composition of CW klystron transmitter and its fundamental are given. Consequently, the whole machine scheme are fully analyzed and designed according to the system requirements. And staring from the engineering practice every extensions of the transmitter is fully designed. At last, performance test on the whole machine was done. The result shows that the system works stably and reliably, and good performance index is achieved. Some future works and notes about the CW klystron transmitter are also discussed and provided at the end in this paper.
