高速公路建设PDA质量巡查系统

【摘要】 由于高速公路项目建设工程量大、质量等级高、协同工作部门多、工期紧等特点,而现场人力资源紧张,监理及管理人员不可能对每个施工现场都做到特别详尽记录与监督。在高速公路建设期,保证施工质量,做到管理无盲区、管理方法和措施与工程建设现状相吻合,及时了解与控制施工现场是保证高速公路安全稳定的建设的基本前提。因此研究高速公路建设质量控制方法具有重要意义。本文针对上述问题,设计并实现了高速公路建设PDA质量巡查系统。该系统包括PDA移动终端子系统、中心数据库、服务端子系统三个部分,管理人员通过手持PDA设备上的移动终端子系统,对施工现场进行地点定位、拍照、描述、上传图片,通过GPRS网络与中心数据库实现通信,将标准质量信息与病害质量信息分类传回后台中心数据库。监管人员与其他管理人员可在后台服务端通过能联网的PC机登陆服务端子系统,访问系统的web服务器进而与后台中心数据库实现数据通信,实时查看现场数据信息,并可远端处理病害信息。该系统通过对数据的统一管理,可以使业主、监理、施工单位管理人员依据各自职能与权限,实现信息资源实时共享,协同管理与解决现场问题,从根本上解决了所有管理人员实时把控现场施工质量与施工进度的问题。本文的研究成果,可极大提高高速公路项目建设管理及施工的信息化、专业化,可有效保证高速公路有序施工,遏制质量通病,节约管理成本,提高管理效能,有利于高速公路施工的精细化管理,提高我国高速公路建设质量管理水平,具有重要的工程实用价值。

【Abstract】 For expressway construction projects, due to the large scale of project, high quality grade, collaborative multi sectoral work, tight schedule, and lack of human resource. For the supervision and management, do detailed records and supervision for each construction site is impossible to achieve. In the period of expressway construction, guarantee the construction quality, achieve management without blind area, timely understanding and control of the construction site is the guarantee of the construction of expressway safety and stable basic premise. Therefore research on highway construction quality control method has an important significance.According to the above problems, design and implement a highway construction quality inspection system based on PDA. The system includes three parts: PDA mobile terminal subsystem, database system, terminal service center, Management personnel handheld PDA devices, locate the location of construction site, take pictures, describe the scene situation, upload pictures, through the GPRS network realize communication with center database. Classify standard and disease quality information and send them to the central database. Regulators and other management personnel connect to the network service terminal system through PC machine, access to the web server to check the real-time data information and perform treatment of disease information remotely. The system through the unified management of the data, can realize the information resources sharing real-time, collaborative management and solving the problem on-site, fundamentally solved the the problem that all managers control the construction quality and construction progress.The research results of this paper can greatly enhance the highway project construction management, achieve the construction informationization and specialization, effectively guarantee highway orderly construction, save the management cost and improve the efficiency of management, and it is conducive to the fine management of highway construction, improve the quality management level of the highway construction in our country, promote the highway construction in our country to enter the international leader in the field. It has significant engineering practical value.
