【摘要】 生鲜农产品是人们生活中的必需品。随着经济的发展,人们越来越重视生鲜农产品的安全问题,新鲜、营养价值高的生鲜农产品越来越受消费者的欢迎。但是,当前中国农产品在物流过程中的耗损严重,大大影响了生鲜农产品的新鲜度。为此,许多企业开始使用冷链物流的方法去保质保鲜,从而达到降低流通中耗损的目的。投入冷链设施设备需要花费一定的成本,这也是物流商和农户们考虑的一个现实问题。本文利用规范分析法、实证分析法、比较研究法以及定性分析与定量分析相结合等方法,以生鲜农产品冷链物流作为研究背景,以生鲜农产品冷链物流系统耗损为研究对象,以在成本约束条件下去控制生鲜农产品物流系统耗损作为研究目标,对生鲜农产品冷链物流系统耗损进行了研究。首先,在文献梳理的基础上,本文分析了生鲜农产品冷链物流以及生鲜农产品物流系统耗损等方面的研究现状,并结合实际分析总结出了生鲜农产品冷链物流的发展现状和物流模式;其次,本文分析了生鲜农产品冷链物流系统耗损的原因和影响因素。在此基础上,在保证生鲜农产品的安全可靠度的前提下,利用可靠性理论,构建了在成本约束条件下的生鲜农产品冷链物流系统耗损模型,并以冷鲜肉物流为算例进行分析。通过算例分析,不仅证明了模型的可用性,而且把这种模型与无成本约束的生鲜农产品冷链物流系统的耗损情况进行了对比,更加证明了这种模型的可适用性。最后,本文归纳总结了生鲜农产品冷链物流系统耗损的特点,并提出了控制耗损的相关措施。虽然本文尝试着构建了在考虑成本的情况下去控制生鲜农产品物流系统耗损的模型,并把该模型与无成本约束下的生鲜农产品冷链物流耗损模型进行了对比。但是,由于生鲜农产品冷链物流系统自身的复杂性,此模型还只是一个尝试,而且在控制生鲜农产品物流系统耗损和同时考虑成本的时候,本文未能将两者的关系用数字化的形式呈现出来。因此,论文在这些方面还需作进一步的探索研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fresh agricultural products are necessary in people’s life. With the development of economy, people pay more and more attention to the safety problem of fresh agricultural products, fresh and high nutritional value of fresh agricultural products are becoming more and more popular with consumers. However, the current Chinese agricultural products’ loss in the process of logistics is serious,which greatly affected the freshness of fresh agricultural products. Therefore, many enterprises began to use the method of cold chain logistics to preserve the quality, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the loss in the circulation.Input cold-chain facilities need certain cost, it’s also one of the real problem logistics that the logistics business and farmers need to consider.This paper uses normative analysis,empirical analysis method, comparative research and methods of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, with the fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics as the research background, with the loss of cold chain logistics system of fresh agricultural products as the research object,by considering the cost to control the fresh agricultural products logistics system’s loss as the research target, loss of the fresh agricultural products of the cold chain logistics system was studied. First of all, on the basis of literature review, this paper analyzes the fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics and the research status of fresh agricultural products logistics system’s loss, etc, and combining with actual analysis summarizing the fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics’ present development situation and logistics mode.Secondly, this paper synthetically analyses the causes and influencing factors of cold chain logistics system of fresh agricultural products. on this basis, on the premise of fresh agricultural products’ safety reliability, this paper uses the theory of reliability to construct the loss model of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics system considering the cost,and in the chilled meat logistic as an example of case analysis.Through the case analysis, this paper not only proves the usability of the model,but also compares this model with without loss cost constraints of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics system, it can prove this model becomemore applicable.Finally, this paper summarizes the characteristics of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics system’s loss, and puts forward the relevant measures to control loss.Although this paper try to construct a loss model of fresh agricultural products logistics system in consideration of cost, and compares the loss model of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products with the model without the constraints of cost.However, because of the complexity of the fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics system, this model is just an attempt, and in the control of fresh agricultural products logistics system’s loss and considering the cost at the same time, this article fail to appear their relationship in digital form.Therefore, in future study,we need further research in these aspects.更多还原
