中等职业学校德育课案例教学法研究

【摘要】 当前,我国大力发展职业教育。中等职业学校以培养出在一线工作的高素质的劳动者和具有社会主义思想道德觉悟的技能型人才为培养目标。因此,中职学生除了要进行专业技能的学习之外,还必须有针对性地对中职学生进行职业生涯规划指导、思想道德教育、法制教育以及心理健康教育等,引导毕业后就要步入社会的中职学生树立正确的择业观、就业观和创业观,促进学生全面发展和综合职业能力形成,使学生一走出校门就能适应职业岗位的要求。由于中职德育课的根本任务与案例教学法的教学效果紧密相连,如何运用案例教学法进行德育课教学成为本论文的重点。本论文通过文献研究法、经验总结法、案例法等研究方法,得出中职学校德育课案例教学法实施的方法,把中职德育课教学从学生被动接受知识转变为主动学习和交流,培养学生的问题意识、探究意识和创新意识,提高学生独立发现问题、提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,树立科学的世界观、人生观、价值观和就业观,提高未来劳动者的思想道德素质。

【Abstract】 At present, China vigorous development of occupation education, cultivate the high-quality workers and skilled talents the front line of production and service work is the training objectives of the secondary occupation school. Therefore, the secondary vocational school students in addition to the study of professional skills, but also must be targeted for ideological and moral education, legal education, occupation career guidance and occupation ideal education and entrepreneurship education to students, guiding students to set up the concept of entrepreneurship, employment view and employment view of right, promote all-round development of students and comprehensive occupation ability formation, so that students out of school will be able to adapt to the demands of the job occupation. The fundamental task and case teaching methods of moral education in secondary vocational schools teaching effect are closely linked, how to apply case teaching method to the teaching of moral education has become the focus of this paper.This paper through the literature research method, survey method, summarize the experience law, case law and other research methods, draws the method of implementation of moral education in secondary vocational school the case teaching method, the moral teaching of secondary vocational education students from the passive acceptance of knowledge into active learning and exchange, to explore the awareness and innovation awareness of cultivating students’ problem consciousness, improve the student independent found the problem, proposed the question, analysis question and solves the question ability, establish a scientific world outlook, outlook on life, values and outlook of future employment, improve ideological and moral qualities of workers.
