集成商业智能企业销售系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 商业智能(BI,Business Intelligence)是指描述了一系列的概念和方法,通过应用基于事实的支持系统来辅助商业决策,并综合运用数据仓库(DW,Data Warehouse)、联机分析处理(OLAP,On Line Analytical Processing)工具和数据挖掘(DM,Data Mining)处理企业积累的数据,使之转化为管理层决策依据的过程。目前,我国企业对商业智能技术的运用仍处于初级阶段,尤其是中、小企业由于技术积累不足和缺乏专业技术人员,其BI应用可说是基本空白;但随着商业智能技术在我国的应用不断成熟,用户必将体验到应用此技术的好处。因此,设计开发出这个系统具有重要的意义和价值。本文依据中、小企业客户的需求,深入研究销售管理系统的工作需求;首先介绍了系统开发的背景,研究了国内、外现状和发展趋势,介绍商业智能的相关概念;然后根据数据仓库的主题设计数据仓库的概念模型(conceptual model)、逻辑模型(logic model)和物理模型(physical model),按照数据仓库、OLAP分析、数据挖掘和软件工程的知识和分析方法并结合实际情况对销售管理系统的总体架构、应用平台、展现方式制定出一个总体设计方案;系统功能包括销售信息录入及管理、基本信息管理、销售信息管理、库存管理、人事信息管理、销售业绩统计和销售数据分析这七大功能模块;随后分析了本系统的可行性和功能需求,针对关键点和难点设计开发本系统;在此基础上,进行了类图、交互图等详细设计;其后,就视图层、控制层和持久层对系统的实现进行了展示,设计出一套可靠集成商业智能的企业销售管理系统;最后,对销售管理系统进行测试及定性的评估分析。本文采用J2EE开发环境的Struts2、Spring、Hibernate框架作为系统的基本框架;Freemarker、jQuery、Ajax技术作为页面脚本语言;采用iReport模板结合HTML和JSP显示统计报表;运用基于Java环境的数据挖掘软件Weka,并使用Weka中的ID3和J48算法(决策树算法的软件实现)进行数据挖掘,实现了一个集成商业智能的企业销售系统。实践证明此系统实现了商业智能在企业销售管理方面的应用,并具有良好的可扩展性和可维护性,在配置相应的Web应用服务器后,即可进行发布并使用。

【Abstract】 Business Intelligence(BI) is describing a series of methods and concepts and applying the business decision support system based on facts. It is synthetically utilizing the Data Mining(DM), Data Warehouse(DW) and On Line Analytical Processing(OLAP) to process the accumulated data of enterprises and make it become the basis of the decision of the management. At present, the application of BI is in the primary stage and especially in small business enterprise because of which is absence of professional technical personnel in the information technology. Accompanied by application of BI in our country, customers will get the advantage of it. Consequently, it is very important and valuable to design the system.In this thesis, according to the requirement of customers and the sales system running condition; firstly, the background of the system designing is recommended. The domestic and overseas current research condition and the concept of BI are introduced. Then in line with the theme of DW, the conceptual model logic model and physical model of the DW is designed. In the light of DW OLAP DM and the method with Software Engineering(SE), an overall plan is programmed which include comprehensive framework, application platform and presentation style. These main functions of this system consist of sales data inputting management, fundamental information management, sales information management, stock management, personnel information management, sales achievement management, sales data analysis management. Then it analyses the feasibility and function requirements of this system and design the cases of system. And on this basis, design the system field model, class diagram, sequence diagram, operation contract, interaction diagram, etc. Then display the implementation of system from view layer, control layer and persistence layer, introduce the key technology and the highlights of the system. Finally, this system is tested.In this thesis,The fundamental framework of system is comprised of Struts2, Spring and Hibernate based on the J2 EE development environment. Freemarke, jQuery and Ajax are Javascript. The statistics report form is formed by HTML, JSP and iReport template. The ID3 and J48 algorithms from the data mining software named Weka are used to mine the data. These methods and technologies hereinbefore constitute an enterprise sales system integrated with BI.Practice has proved that this system realizes the application of BI on an enterprise sales management, and it has good expansibility and maintainability, in a configuration corresponding Web application server, then release and use.
