【摘要】 随着我国职业教育的发展,国家对职业教育的发展非常关注,同时社会的发展需要众多高科技人才的支持,对人才的需求越来越高。相对于普通教育来说,高等职业教育具有职业性、技能型、实践性三大特征,这也是两者最显著的区别。在世界范围内进行的一系列高等职业教育实践表明,教育必须要重视实践,高等职业教育要包括实习、实训教学两大环节,实习和实训工作的关键部分包括实训内容与条件,这部分内容对实训教学最终能否获得较好的教学效果有着非常重大的影响。但是当前我国高职教育表现出一些明显的问题,尤其是大部分管理类专业的学生都不具有较好的实践能力。如何通过实训提高管理专业学生的综合能力,培养出企业所需求的高等技术型人才是我们现在要解决的重要问题。本系统就是针对这种情况,针对我院管理专业实训的需要开发一个企业经营管理沙盘模拟实训系统。该软件主要利用沙盘指导,控制教学过程,软件沙盘进行分析点评的三位一体的解决方案,弥补了经管类专业教学枯燥、乏味、脱离实际等不足。在沙盘模拟具体的实践中,企业用组别表示,一般将全体学员划分为好几个组别,即代表不同的企业。每组6至8人,成员分别承担首席执行官,财务总监,营销总监,生产总监、采购经理和其他管理角色。每队有一个销售良好,资金雄厚的虚拟公司,从事一些商业活动的财政年度。通过直观的企业沙盘模拟企业实际经营状况,内容涉及企业整体战略,产品开发,市场营销,多方面的生产,销售,财务管理,团队,绩效考核等,使学生充分体验游戏培训业务流程,理解正确的经营理念和管理哲学。这篇文章开篇先对沙盘教学管理系统当前的发展状况、研究背景以及未来发展方向进行系统的阐述。以此系统的设计目标为依据,对沙盘教学管理系统的业务、用户与功能三大主题的需求进行分析,此外还针对沙盘管理系统开展针对总体、功能、数据库、详细四个方面的设计活动。深入分析并阐述了系统研究软件范围内的教师指导、学员训练、管理员控制三大平台的设计。最后形成了研究成果,主要包括:云南机电学院企业经营管理沙盘模拟实训系统程序和学位论文。体验性、互动性、实践性、全面性、竞争性是企业经营管理沙盘模拟训练系统所表现出来的五个明显特征。这套企业经营管理沙盘模拟实训软件是在现有的相似软件基础上,结合我院情况专门为我院管理专业学生实训所设计的,就是通过模拟系统进行虚拟企业经营管理活动,以任务驱动的方式,让学生参与企业经营管理,亲自经营一个模拟企业,以提高其经营管理的综合实践能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of vocational education in our country, the country’s very attention to the development of vocational education, and social development need the support of many high-tech talent, the demand for talent is higher and higher. Relative to ordinary education, higher vocational education has three characteristics, vocational,technical, practical and this is the most significant difference. Around the world for a series of higher vocational education practice shows that education must attach importance to practice, higher vocational education should include two big training,practice teaching link, the key part of the training and practice work including training content and conditions, this part of the content of practice teaching can achieve good teaching effect has a very significant impact. But the current higher vocational education in our country show some obvious problems, especially in most of the students majoring in management does not have good practical ability. How to improve the management professional students’ comprehensive ability through training, cultivate higher technical talents demand by firms is an important problem we have to solve now.This system is aimed at this kind of situation, to meet the needs of hospital management professional training to develop a sand table simulation training system for enterprise management. The software is mainly used sand table guide and control the teaching process, the analysis software of sand comments on the solution of the holy trinity,make up the professional teaching of administration boring, boring, divorced from reality. In the sand table simulation of concrete practice, the enterprise with that group,general will all the students are divided into several categories, which represent different enterprises. Each group of six to eight people, members of the bear’s chief executive, finance director, marketing manager, production manager and purchasing manager and other management roles. Each team has a good sales, well-funded virtual company, engaged in some business activities of the fiscal year. Through intuitive sand table simulation enterprise actual operating conditions, the content involves the enterprise overall strategy, product development, marketing, various production, sales,financial management, team, performance appraisal, etc., to make the students fully experience the game training business process, understand the right management idea and management philosophy.This article begins with the first sand teaching management system of the current development status, research background and the future development direction of the system in detail. Table of this system on the basis of the design goals of teaching management system of business, user and function analysis the demand of the three big subjects, in addition to sand table management system to implement overall, function,database, four aspects in detail design activities. In-depth analysis and expounds the system research software within the scope of the training, students under the guidance of teachers, administrators, control the design of the three major platforms. Finally formed the research, mainly including: the sand table simulation training system in yunnan institute of mechanical and electronic enterprise management procedures and dissertation., experiential, interactive and practical competitive enterprise management is comprehensive, sand table simulation training system of five obvious characteristics.Sand table simulation training software is the enterprise management on the basis of the existing similar software, our college is specially designed for the hospital management professional training the student, is through the simulation system for virtual enterprise operation and management activities, in the form of task driving, lets the student participate in enterprise management, a simulated enterprises in person, to improve its operation and management of the comprehensive practical ability.更多还原
