【摘要】 近年来我国各政府单位的管理工作都呈现着良好的状态,人民对政府的满意度越来越高,人民的生活水平也大幅提高。街道基本办事处是城镇行政系统的最末端机构,其也是政府跟普通百姓最紧密的接触单位,所以其工作方式、工作效率和工作态度的好坏直接影响了群众对政府的满意程度。街道办事处在以前的工作中对其辖区内数据的管理都采用的是手动的方式,由于数据的信息量大,所以造成统计工作复杂且投入了较多的人力也难以解决根本问题。在电子政务系统中却没有考虑的街道办事处其特有的特点,所以其也不能很好的解决问题。鉴于上述原因,搭建街道办事处的信息化管理是非常必要的。街道办事处信息系统的建立大大其高了其工作的效率并且使得原有的工作方式有了大幅提高,这样就从整体上提高了政府办公的透明度。另外,老百姓也能通过本系统获取辖区内的相关信息。政府机构也能通过本系统所提供的数据来进行分析,从而为上层的决策提供支持。在本街道基层工作管理系统的研发过程中,采用了软件工程的设计方式。为了遵循面向对象的设计思想,建模的思想贯穿于整个系统的开发。本文重点介绍了本系统的需求分析、概要设计、详细设计、实现和测试,并且较详细的给出了统一建模语言中的用例图、类图和活动图等。本系统是在JAVA EE平台上采用java语言开发的,并且用到SSH架构,数据库采用Oracle公司的Oracle 11g数据库,另外本系统采用B/S架构体系。另外,为了简洁明了,本系统在实现上进行了合并,这样可以在一个窗口中实现多个功能,减少了窗口的个数,从而使整个系统更加简洁。在测试方面,采用了常用的一些自动化测试工具和软件工程的思想,大大提高了工作效率,降低了开发成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years our country government management has a good state, people more and more on the satisfaction of the government, the people’s living standards have greatly improved. The street is the most basic office terminal organization town administrative system, the government is the most closely contact with ordinary people, so it working methods, working efficiency and working attitude have a direct impact on the degree of satisfaction with the masses to the government. Street office data for the area in the previous work management is the use of the manual way, because the amount of data information, so the statistical work is complex and has invested more in human is also difficult to solve the fundamental problem. In the e-government system does not consider the streets of the office of its unique characteristics, so it cannot solve the problem very well. In view of the above reasons, the information management to build Street office is very necessary.The efficiency of a street office information system is its high its work and make the original work has been greatly improved, thus improves the overall transparency of government office. In addition, people can also through this system to obtain relevant information within the jurisdiction. Government agencies can also through this system provides data for analysis, so as to provide support for the decision.In the development process of management system of the streets grassroots work, adopt the design method of software engineering. In order to follow the object-oriented design idea, the development thought of modeling throughout the system. This paper introduces the system demand analysis, the outline design, detailed design, implementation and testing, and detailed the unified modeling language in the use case diagram, class diagram and activity diagram. This system is developed by java language in JAVA EE platform, and uses SSH architecture, database using Oracle Oracle 11 g database, the system uses the B/S structure system.In addition, for simplicity, this system were combined in the implementation, which can realize a plurality of functions in a window, the reduction in the number of windows, which makes the whole system more simple.
