基于GS1011的无线WiFi远程空调智能控制系统设计

【摘要】 随着智能控制技术、信息技术的飞速发展为空调自动化和智能化提供了可能,各类高端智能空调连续亮相,人们的居家生活环境开始发生翻天覆地的变化,使人类生活更舒适。但目前的智能空调仅仅从节能减排、温度设置方式、环保、价格等几个方面作了相应突破。随着无线网络的飞速发展,智能空调也必将朝着无线远程控制方面发展,这将使得智能空调真正实现智能化控制。有什么方法能在成本不增加又满足节能、健康、环保的基础上实现空调的智能化远程控制呢?本系统设计旨在解决这一问题,将嵌入式技术和无线WiFi传输技术引入空调控制,设计了一种基于无线WiFi的远程空调智能控制系统。实现各类电子产品通过无线WiFi网络远程控制空调开关和相关功能设置。本文基于无线WiFi网络芯片GS1011设计了一个空调远程智能控制系统,该系统包括以单片机为核心的空调模拟控制系统和GS1011超低功率Wi Fi无线传输系统两部分。本文在阐述无线WiFi远程控制空调启动与功能设置原理的基础上,完成了基于无线WiFi的远程空调智能控制系统的硬件电路设计和控制软件编程工作。硬件电路进行通电调试,能显示实时室内温度,开关及功能指示部分工作正常。软件系统分单片机、GS1011片上系统软件和上位机(电脑/手机)系统软件,电脑/手机上的软件能正常运行。最后整个系统通电联调,能实现电脑/手机上的相关软件通过WiFi无线网络控制几百米之外的单片机模拟空调控制系统的开关和进行制冷/制热的功能设置。本文所设计系统工作时,只要电脑/手机和空调均在WiFi无线网络环境下,用户即可根据电脑或手机上安装的软件,实时查看家里空调的工作情况,可根据需要打开或关闭空调,也可进行制冷/制热的功能设置,方便且操作简单。而且目前很多公司、商场、家庭都有无线WiFi网络,这使本设计系统还具有极强的普及性。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of intelligent control technology and information technology, it becomes possible to makes air-conditioner automatically and intelligently. As a result, a variety of high-end intelligent air-conditioners have been emerging and people’s life has been undergoing extensive and profound changes. However, the current intelligent air-conditioner has only made breakthroughs on energy conservation and emission reduction, the way of temperature setting, environmental protection and price. With wireless network accelerating, the intelligent air-conditioner will develop in the direction of wireless remote control, which makes the real intelligent control realized. Are there any methods to realize the intelligent remote control for air-conditioner on the ground of energy-conserving, health, environment-protection and a relatively low price?Aiming at addressing the problem, this system combines embedded technology and WiFi transmission technology with air-conditioner and designs a intelligent remote control system based on WiFi over air-conditioner’s switch and relevant function setting.Base on WiFi network chip, GS1011, this academic essay, illustrates an intelligent remote control system which is composed of air-conditioner analog control system with the single chip as its core and ultra-low-power WiFi transmission system with GS1011. Based on the basis of WiFi remote control over the activation of air-conditioner and the principle of function setting, the hardware circuit with WiFi intelligent remote control system has been designed and the programming work of software control has been done. During the experiment, circular telegram and debugging have been worked on hardware circuit. The indoor temperature can be displayed and on-off and function indicator work well. The software system, including single chip, systematic software on GS1011 and upper computer(computer/mobile phone), also operates normally. Finally, after energizing and debugging, the switch of single chip simulation control system and other function setting like refrigeration/heating can be achieved by the relevant software of computer/mobile phone through the Wi Fi network control in few hundred meters away.As long as computer/mobile phone and air-conditioner are under the WiFi environment, users can check the working condition of air-conditioner at any time and turn on/off the machine as well as refrigeration/heating, according to the software on their computers or mobile phones. It is convenient and easy to operate. Moreover, nowadays, WiFi is available in many enterprises, markets and families, which makes it is possible for the popularization of this design.
