智能控制城市道路LED照明驱动系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 城市美化的发展推动着城市LED照明技术的演变和改进。随着大功率集成电路技术的发展,同时依赖于集成电路技术的改进和芯片设计加工能力的提升,LED路灯驱动器的也逐渐趋于集成化、小型化、模块化。论文对LED驱动器的演变,发展进行详细的阐述和分析。并阐述了目前大部分LED路灯智能控制驱动器的系统结构、系统硬件电路的工作原理以及硬件电路的设计方法,并对模糊控制算法的进行分析和理解。论文设计的城市LED路灯智能控制驱动器系统,结合软件和硬件的优势,利用微处理器的控制能力,使LED路灯的控制能够实现智能化。论文中硬件部分主要包括有声敏,光敏传感器采样电路,微处理器外围硬件电路,LED恒流驱动硬件电路。而外部的日照和交通流检测控制电路通过外部的声敏和光敏传感器采集周围环境的实时变换数据,并通过转换电路转换成为电压和电流数据输入到微处理器内部,通过数据转换程序将微处理器内部存储的数据转换为模拟电压量,得到LED恒流驱动芯片的调光信号,从而实现智能化的调节路灯的发光亮度,进而达到节约能源和最大程度地满足照明需求。在恒流驱动上,论文采用DC-DC的恒流驱动结构保证输出电流的精度。结合硬件的设计,在软件设计上,论文采用模糊控制的算法实现对LED路灯的智能控制,将外部的声音和亮度分为相应的5个等级,针对相应的等级分配固定的值,并在此基础上进行模糊控制规则的设计和模糊控制程序的编写。本论文使用Simulink工具完成了系统的建模和仿真同时完成LED路灯智能控制驱动器系统调试,从测试的结果看出,对光强度进行模糊控制规则的等级划分,对应0.2V,1V,1.6V时LED恒流驱动芯片输出不同的电流,实现调光功能。对声音强度,对应划分0.4V,1.2V,1.6V也可以得到不同的恒流驱动芯片输出的不同电流,实现智能调光作用。
【Abstract】 The development of the city beautification drives the evolution and improvement of the city LED lighting technology. At the same time,dependings on the improvement of integrated circuit technology and promotion of chip processing capacity, development high-power integrated circuit technology, LED Street lamp driver also gradually tends to integration, miniaturization, and modularization.Papers focus on expressing and analying the evolution of the LED driver. The paper elaborated the structure and working principle, design method of hardware circuit of most LED street lamp intelligent control drive system, and analysis the fuzzy control algorithm. The paper design the city LED street lamp intelligent control drive system, though by combined with the advantage of software and hardware, and using microprocessor control, to achieve intelligence.The hardware circuit of the LED driver mainly includes the acoustic sensitivity, photosensitive sensor sampling circuit, microprocessor peripheral circuit, LED constant current drive circuit. the software design by combing with the design of the hardware. the paper adopts fuzzy control algorithm for the LED street lamp intelligent control, the fuzzy algorithm divided external voice and brightness into the corresponding five grades, and basis on this,designing the fuzzy control rules and fuzzy control programe.Paper used Simulink tool to complete the system modeling and debugging. Basis on the results of test, corresponding to 0.2 V, 1 V, 1.6 V light intensity fuzzy control rules of hierarchies, LED dirver output contant current,achieve the dimming function. On the intensity of the sound, also get constant current to driver chip, achieved the intelligent dimming effect.
