生产设备巡检管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 目前,许多工厂的生产设备安全巡检工作都是以定期巡检和不定期抽查两种方式进行,实际的操作过程也不尽相同:有的是通过在巡检点放置可拨动表盘,每当巡检员巡检到这个设备点时就手动拨动该表盘到巡查时间;有的通过在巡检点放置记事本,每当巡检员巡检到这个设备处时就在该记事本上写上巡检时间、巡检数据并签名。通过以上描述,不难看出传统的记录巡检信息的方式很难核实巡检时间及巡检数据的真实性,因此更容易会因为巡检员的操作失误而导致严重的后果。由此可见传统的巡检方法根本不能满足高效、严格的巡检管理工作的要求,只有应用科学化的安全巡检管理方法才是避免事故发生的有效途径。本论文的主要内容就是研究开发专门的生产设备巡检管理系统,通过便携式智能设备(如PDA)内执行的程序与后端计算机进行关联,实现企业设备信息的到点检录、即时上传、全程监控、即时分析以及在最短的时间内用多种方式获取安全性信息。整个过程的重点研究内容如下:1)研究学习了国内外关于生产设备巡检管理工作的现状及发展前景,阐述了生产设备巡检工作的管理模式及工作流程;同时阐述了目前用于巡检业务的相关技术。2)研究运用RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)技术与PDA、信息管理平台相结合的方式,实现巡检管理的科学化和信息化。对所有的设备、成品、仓库等都安装RFID标签,在巡检时巡检员通过使用PDA扫描RFID标签来登记巡检信息(包括员工ID、巡检路线、设备编号、巡检时间等)。3)软件开发技术基础知识的研究。主要学习与巡检管理系统开发相关的需求分析、系统设计、系统编码、系统测试等阶段的基础理论知识。重点研究了系统设计方法、面向对象技术、数据库技术以及软件测试技术等方面的内容。生产设备巡检管理系统实现了巡检数据处理全程自动化,保证了巡检数据的正确性和完整性,因此能够最大程度地规避现有巡检管理模式下的各类问题,有利于提高巡检工作效率、提升巡检管理水平,有效避免生产安全事故的发生。

【Abstract】 At present, for many factories, there are two major approaches to carrying out the production equipment safety inspection: regular inspection and occasional spot-checks. The actual operation process under the two approaches varies greatly. Sometimes the dial that can be prodded is placed in the inspection point, the inspectors can prod the dial to the inspection time when they reach the inspection point; Sometimes the notepad is placed in the inspection point, the inspectors can write down the inspection time, inspection data and finally sign their names in the notepad. According to the above description, it is not difficult to see that the traditional recording methods for inspection information are hard to verify the inspection time and the authenticity of inspection data. Therefore it is much easier to lead to serious consequences because of the mistakes of inspectors. Consequently, the traditional inspection methods can’t meet the high efficiency strict requirements of inspection management. The application of scientific safety inspection management method is the effectual way to avoid accidents.The main content of this dissertation is to research and develop a specialized production equipment inspection management system. By connected to the back-end computer using the portable intelligent equipments(such as PDA), this system can realize the timely inspection, instant upload, the entire computer monitor, real-time analysis, and it can also obtain the security information by variety of ways in the shortest period of time. The major research contents in this dissertation are as follows:1) This dissertation researches the current situation and development prospect of the inspection management work for production equipments at home and abroad, it describes the management model and the work flow of the inspection management work for production equipments, it also describes the nowadays related technology for the inspection management.2) It researches the accomplishment of scientific and informationalized inspection management system by applying RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology, PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) and the information management platform. In this technology platform, RFID tags are used on all the relevant facilities, such as production equipments, products and warehouses and so on, when the inspectors carry out production equipment safety inspection, they can scan the RFID tags by using PDA to register the inspection data(including employee’s ID, the inspection route, the equipment code, the inspection time and so on).3) The research of the basic software development technology. This part studies the basic theory and knowledge of software development related to the inspection management system, such as the analyses of requirements, system design, system coding and system testing and so on. This part mainly researches the following content: the system design methods, object-oriented technology, database technology and software testing technology and so on.The inspection management system for production equipments realizes the completed automation for processing inspection data, and it guarantees the accuracy and integrality of the inspection data, thus it can evade the kinds of problems of the existing management method to the full extent. It also can improve the inspection efficiency, enhance the inspection management level, and avoid production safety accidents effectively.
