一种高精度脉冲调制器设计与DSP控制系统构建

【摘要】 脉冲调制器目前主要用于物理实验、肿瘤疾病的诊断和放射性治疗、集装箱检测、工业CT,辐照灭菌处理等领域,而且随着应用的不断开发,应用会越来越广,产生的价值也越来越大,具有很好的市场前景。在一些特殊的领域,如净化废气、废水处理、脉冲静电除尘、微生物灭菌消毒等环境治理方面的应用对目前的整个人类的生存环境和可持续发展都有着巨大意义。随着应用领域的不断扩大,应用要求也在不断提升,如物理试验的高精度需求、检测成像的清晰度、辐照剂量的精确控制等。如何提高这类应用的更进一步的发展,高精度脉冲功率技术研究成为一种必然趋势,同时对这门学科的发展都有着积极的意义。在本论文中,通过具体的工程项目实施,对项目要求的具体技术指标进行了分析,编写了所有主要指标实现的设计方案。分模块、分单元的进行了详细的计算,并结合实际的工程实现的可行性给出了元器件的选型方案,通过具体项目过程的实施,在测试阶段对前期的研究工作进行了验证和测试,取得了较为理想的结果,该项目也已经顺利的交付给了客户使用,通过现场真负载的测试,所有的技术指标都能够满足要求,整机运行可靠。同时在本论文中,针对传统的脉冲调制器的控制方式给出了较为新颖的创新,早期的脉冲调制器通常用工业控制器来实现系统控制,由于性能稳定可靠,应用比较广泛。但随着控制技术的发展,智能化、体积、成本等方面诸多要求,用工业控制器实现存在许多的劣势。本文针对这种市场需求,结合对现代控制技术的调研,选择以DSP控制技术为核心,通过DSP外围电路的设计,具体的编程开发、核心控制板的PCB设计等方面给出了具体的解决方案并在实际的项目上进行了实验验证。论文设计了基于TMS320F28232 DSP控制芯片实现了对脉冲调制器的控制,通过对影响脉冲调制器的输出精度的因素控制,达到了我们预期的高精度的指标,同时对实现更高精度的指标给出了一种研究方向,具有很好的实际意义。通过对传统控制方式的创新,不仅降低系统的生产成本,节省空间,同时还具备了更快的处理速度,更强大的数据处理和监视保护功能性能,为这种新型的控制技术在脉冲调制领域的应用打下了很好的基础。

【Abstract】 Currently pulse modulator is mainly used in the fields of physical experiment, diagnosis and radiation treatment of cancer and disease, cargo inspection, industrial CT, and irradiation sterilization etc. With the increasing development of its application, the range of application will be wider and the value produced will be greater, which will make a good market. In some special areas, such as the purification of waste gas, treatment of waste water, pulsed electrostatic precipitations, microbial sterilization and other environmental management related fields, it has a huge significance on the human survival and sustainable development. With the growing expansion of its application, the application requirements are also improved, for instance the demand for high-precision physical experiment, high-precision detection imaging technology, and accurate control of irradiation dose. Regarding the question of how to promote the further development of these applications, the research of high precision pulsed power technology becomes an inevitable trend. Meanwhile, it is meaningful to the development of this subject.In this paper, the specific technical indicators the project required are analyzed and the design plan that can achieve all the major indicators is written through the implementation of particular projects. Detailed calculations of respective modules and units are carried out and the selection plan of components is cited by combining with the feasibility of the practical project implementation. In the testing stage, the previous research result is verified and tested, and the ideal result is gained as well. The product in this project is delivered to the customer party smoothly. According to the test result of the real load, the technical indicators of the product can meet the requirements and the product can run reliably. Meanwhile, a relatively innovative method based on the traditional control method is described in the paper. Industrial controller was typically used to achieve system control in early pulse modulators. It was widely used due to its reliable performance. But with the development of control technology, there are more requirements for other aspects like intelligence, size, and cost; the disadvantages begin to appear as well. Aiming at the abovementioned market demand, DSP control technology is selected as the core technology combining the research of modern control technology. The specific solutions to the development of programming and the design of the PCB control board are put forward and verified in the practical project.Control chip based on TMS320F28232 DSP can control the pulse modulator is designed in the paper. The expected high-precision indicators are gained through the control of factors that affect the output accuracy of the pulse modulator. At the same time, by means of innovation on the traditional control method, the production cost is reduced and the space is saved. Also the better speed and more powerful data processing and monitoring and protection ability is gained, which will lay a good foundation for the new technology applied in the pulse modulator field.
