物资库信息化管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 战备物资库是存放装备器材的重要场所,保证物资库安全对于军队乃至整个国家都至关重要。目前物资库的管理仍以人工为主,现有的信息管理系统大部分也是单独运行,信息资源没有整合和共享,导致信息反馈不及时、防范效果差。当前军队信息化建设日益发展,物资库的信息系统由于不能实现数据共享,已无法满足军队信息化管理的需要。另外,由于物资库管理要求功能更加完善,系统可靠性更强,同时符合部队相关规定,因此,现有可借鉴的民用安防系统并不完全适用于物资库。针对上述问题,本文在分析战备物资库管理系统现状和安防需求的基础上,提出了物资库信息化管理系统方案,对物资库管理系统的点位综合布控、数据信息共享及系统功能联动进行研究。论文主要工作:(1)针对物资库管理需求,总结了安全防范系统发展与趋势,研究并分析了其理论基础和设计要求,完成了物资库信息化管理系统的总体方案设计,确定了系统组成模块、网络架构、信息传输方式及系统安全保护措施;(2)完成了各子系统关键技术分析与详细设计,确定了信息流程。通过研究各子系统的工作原理,比较各种设计方案的优缺点,确定了最优方案,优化功能模块组合结构,从而使系统功能更加完善,信息流程更加合理;(3)完成了系统智能化的设计及实现。引用人工智能中关于智能化的相关概念,给出了物资库信息化管理系统智能化的定义,然后分别从网络智能和系统联动两方面对系统智能化设计及实现进行了详细论述;(4)完成物资库信息化管理平台的设计和实现。通过比较综合管理系统实现方法的优劣,结合物资库安防的实际情况,确定了以组态模式开发综合管理软件,利用SQL Server进行了数据库的集成设计,以组态王软件为开发平台综合管理功能和界面的一体化设计与实现。物资库信息化管理系统已部署于物资库进行试用,结果表明系统运行状态良好功能设计合理,性能稳定可靠,便于操作和维护,实现了安全防范系统综合管理、信息共享及功能联动的目标,具有重大军事意义和推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 It is very significant for the army and the whole country to ensure the material database security for the reason that the war reserve material library is the important place to store equipment. The current management is dominated by the artificial material library management, while the existing information management system is operated individually, and the information resources are lack of integrating and sharing, which can lead to the information feedback not in time and the prevention effect poor. With the development of the current army information construction, the material library information system is unable to meet the military information management need in defect of data sharing. In addition, the more perfect function and the more stronger system reliability is required in the material library management system, and furthermore it must be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the existing forces, the existing civil security system is not fully applicable to the material library. Aiming at the above-mentioned problems, based on the analysis of the war preserve material library management system status and the security requirement, the overall design of the material library information management system, and the point of comprehensive control, data information sharing and system linkage function are presented in this thesis. The main research work includes:(1) Aiming at the material library management demand, the development and trend of system security is summed up, the theoretical basis and design requirement is researched and analyzed, the whole information management system scheme is designed, the system security module, the network architecture, the information transmission method and system security protection measures are confirmed;(2) The detailed design analysis of the each subsystem key technology is completed, and the information process is determined. Through studying the each subsystem working principle, the advantages and disadvantages of various design schemes are compared, the optimal scheme and the function module structure optimization is determined, which can make the system function more perfect, the information flow more reasonable;(3) The design and implementation of intelligent systems are completed. Owing to the related concepts in artificial intelligence intelligent, the intelligent information management system definition of the material database is given, then the intelligent system design and implementation are respectively discussed in detail from the two aspects: the intelligent network and the system linkage;(4) The design and implementation of material library information management platform is completed. Through comparing the pros and cons of integrated management system realization method, in combination with the practical situation of material library security, the development and comprehensive management software in configuration mode is determined, using SQL Server for the database integration design, using the network configuration as the software development platform for the comprehensive management function and integration interface design and implementation.The material library information management system has been deployed in library. Results show that the system operation in good condition function design is reasonable, stable and reliable performance, easy operation and maintenance, to realize the integrated management of safe guard system, information sharing and linkage of the target function, which has the important military significance and the application value.
