【摘要】 改革开放以来,现代化企业管理发展迅速,而其中的档案管理也逐渐成为企业管理最重要的组成部分。内江市某国企A长期以来一直采用传统的档案管理方式,即人工统计、检索、查找档案文件,设计档案目录,并以纸张保存。这种传统方式效率不高,并且不易存储,文件的安全性无法得到保障。本文针对此点,根据A企的需求为A企实现了一套档案自动管理系统,完成A企的自动化办公,对其各类档案和资料进行全面、详细的归档和存储,方便企业工作人员管理和查看。本文首先阐述了A企档案自动管理系统的研究背景,对目前A企的档案管理工作的一些现状进行阐述,然后对目前该系统研发的国内外现状也进行了详细的分析和概述,最后根据A企实际档案管理的情况,并结合软件开发的系统方法和相应技术,提出了A企新的系统设计需求。论文对该系统进行了详尽的需求分析,包括A企档案管理的业务、功能和安全需求,以及其它方面的设计需求。系统基于web的B/S模型,在My Eclipse平台上以J2EE语言进行开发。重点对该系统的总体设计与模块设计进行阐述,主要分为文件管理、移交档案管理、档案鉴定管理、在线借阅管理四个系统,给出系统设计的界面图,并应用实体类图和数据库表结构详细阐述了数据库的设计。论文最后对研究的内容进行了总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since China’s reform and opening up, modern enterprise management development is rapid, and one of archives management also gradually become the most important part of enterprise management. Neijiang A state-owned A has long been the traditional archive management mode, namely artificial statistics, retrieval, search archives, design file directory, and to save paper. The low efficiency of traditional way, and not easy storage, file security cannot be guaranteed. Aiming at this point, according to the requirements of A company for A company to achieve A set of automatic archives management system, realize the automation of A corporate office, its all kinds of archives and information is comprehensive and detailed filing and storage, convenient enterprise staff management and view.This paper describes the background A corporate archives automated management system, prices for some of the status quo A file management currently elaborated, and then on the current status of the system development at home and abroad also carried out a detailed analysis and overview of the last of the A the actual rate of case records management, combined with a systematic approach to software development and appropriate technology, enterprise a proposed new system design requirements. Papers of the system for a detailed needs analysis, including A corporate records management business, functional and safety requirements, and other aspects of the design requirements. System is a web-based B / S model, the My Eclipse J2 EE platform language development.
