基于JAVA技术的交互式学生管理平台设计与实现

【摘要】 随着计算机及互联网Internet技术的日益普及应用,各行各业都需要与时俱进,提高信息化管理水平,高校作为信息技术的传播者与发祥地,自身的信息化建设工作尤为重要。该软件系统将以西安一个特定高校为服务用户,设计功能是:满足在校学生对远程交互答疑辅助学习功能的需求,实现学生综合素质测评的需求。该软件系统用户——西安建设科技学院成立于1989年,是一所由教育主管部门批准成立的综合型民办高校,位于西安南郊大学城腹地。近三年来,随着学校教学水平和管理水平不断提高,学校规模迅速扩大;同时一个值得关注的新问题出现了,在校学习生源的特点发生了鲜明的变化,近年来学生中脱产学习的人数锐减,业余制(函授制)学员人数激增,这与当前我国正处在社会快速转型、科技飞速进步,人们对于知识、学历的更高要求以及社会所提倡的终身教育号召紧密相关。所以学生中各种学习基础的学生都有,基础落后学生还较多;为应对新的高校学生信息管理工作的要求,提高管理工作效率与教育教学质量,本软件采用了目前流行的JAVA技术,结合SQL Server 2000数据库技术,开发了与平台无关化的交互信息管理系统。该软件系统主要采用工程化管理方法,实现软件开发成本、进度、质量控制与管理。软件功能特点有三个方面:第一,解决了在Internet环境下的远程教育方兴未艾的今天,开放式终身教育和函授教育蓬勃发展,教学单位如何有效提高远程学习者学习效率,如何给予学员实时互动辅导答疑,帮助其顺利完成学业,获得毕业资格。第二,教学单位在多样化、全面评价学生的综合素质——提出了毕业生综合素质检测报告的模块功能,有利于为毕业学生进行选培积极分子,择优推荐就业等提供客观真实参考依据,也给在校学生提供一个客观的自我评价,明确自己在就业大军中所处的位置,提供了比较完善的评价功能。第三,建立了一个以实现传统的学生和教师信息添加、修改、删除与查询等基础功能的信息管理平台,方便搭载以上主要功能软件的实现。

【Abstract】 With the increasing popularity of computer and Internet Internet technology applications, from all walks of life need to keep pace with The Times, improve the level of information management, colleges and universities as the disseminator of information technology and birthplace, especially the importance of its own information construction work.Construction of xi ’an institute of technology was founded in 1989, is a by the competent department of education approved the establishment of comprehensive private colleges, is located in xi ’an national civil space industrial development zone. Nearly three years, with the school teaching and management level enhances unceasingly, the school scale expanding rapidly; A notable new problems at the same time, students studying in school, the characteristics of the changes in the number of full-time students in recent years, part-time(correspondence) students surge, this with the current our country is undergoing rapid social transformation and the rapid progress of science and technology, higher requirements of knowledge, education for people and society advocated by call of lifelong education is closely related. So students in learning, the students have basic backward students also more; In response to the new requirements of college student information management, improving the efficiency of management and education quality of teaching, this software USES the current popular JAVA technology, combined with SQL Server 2000 database technology, developed a platform-independent interactive information management system..The system mainly USES the engineering management method, to implement the software development cost, schedule, quality control and management. First, mainly solve the ascendant in internet-based distance education mode, open the lifelong education and the context of the vigorous development of correspondence education, student unit how to effectively improve the learning efficiency of distance learners, how to give students real-time interactive coaching answering questions, help them complete their studies smoothly, got the certificate of graduation. Second, also is the student unit diversified and comprehensive evaluation of students comprehensive quality, puts forward the test report the module function of graduates’ comprehensive quality, is advantageous to the selective for graduate student activists, provides preferential recommend employment etc. On objective truth, also provides students with an objective self-evaluation, clear oneself’s position in the work force, and with what specialty quality, actively adjust the employment psychology, smooth employment, provides a more perfect evaluation function. Finally, established a in order to realize the students and teachers of traditional information to add, modify, delete, and query the basic function such as information management platform, convenient to carry more than the realization of the main function of the software.
