【摘要】 二十一世纪是以质量取胜的世纪,质量管理概念得到了广泛关注,质量已成为21世纪的主题,21世纪已成为“质量的世纪”。消防工程质量不仅关系到工程的适用性和投资效果,而且关系到人民群众生命财产的安全。因此,研究如何运用先进质量管理理念和控制方法来确保工程项目质量有着重要的现实意义。消防工程项目质量管理是围绕消防施工项目质量方面进行的指挥、协调、控制等一系列活动。质量管理的目的是确保消防施工项目按照规定的要求圆满地完成,并使项目所有的功能活动按照预期的质量要求得以实施。本文在研究消防工程项目全面质量管理的基本理论和基本方法的基础上,运用全面质量管理方法和质量控制手段对消防工程项目进行了全员、全过程、全方位的管理和控制,并结合张店七中消防工程实例进行了探讨。首先,对全面质量管理的概念、方法和步骤等进行了详细地阐述；其次,结合具体实例——张店七中消防工程项目从勘察设计、施工过程到交工验收以及安全文明生产的各个环节,运用全面质量管理和质量控制的各种有效方法加以分析、控制和改进；针对消防工程项目实际情况构建了质量保证组织,通过对消防工程各个组成因素(人、材、机、法、环)的研究来管理和控制消防工程项目的质量；最后阐述了全面质量管理模式实施的效果,该工程项目取得了良好的成效,极大限度地提高了该项目投资的经济效益和社会效益,保证了项目项目各项指标的实现,验证了全员、全过程、全方位质量管理模式对消防工程质量控制所起到的良好效果。本文的创新之处在于结合项目管理的相关理论,在消防工程项目中应用全面质量管理的方法,尤其是对PDCA循环法的运用,为消防工程项目的施工单位提供了一个可借鉴和参考的模板。本文首先按照消防工程项目的施工特点,阐述在施工全过程的各阶段如何运用PDCA循环法,然后阐述如何围绕消防项目施工的全过程,实施全员和企业全方位的项目管理。在消防工程建设中,加强质量管理,做好质量控制,确保国家和人民的生命财产安全是消防工程项目管理的头等大事。因此,消防工程项目各参与方都必须保证其工作质量,做到工作流程程序化、标准化和规范化,实现项目质量的最优化,开展质量管理工作,确保工程质量。只有取得良好的消防工程质量,才能提高消防企业的核心竞争力,才能加快我国消防行业的升级步伐。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 21st century is the century winning with quality, the concept of quality control got the extensive concern, quality has become the theme of the 21st century, the 21st has become "the century of quality". The fire engineering quality not only relates to the engineering application, but also relates to the safety of the people life property and the existence development of the business enterprise. Therefore, how studies utilizes the advanced quality management and control method to insure engineering project quality to have important practical significance.The fire engineering project is a series of activity of conduction, coordination and control under construction quality control around building project under construction quality. The purpose of quality control is guarantee that the project under the fire engineering is finished satisfactorily at the request of regulation, and make all function activities of project be implemented according to the quality requirement expected. On the base of research for the fundamental theory and fundamental method of the fire engineering project overall quality management and quality controlling, to the whole employee, the whole course, the whole project of the fire engineering project carry on management and control, and the union project example has carried on the discussion. Firstly, the thesis presents the developing process and tendency of quality management and the present situation and the problem to be resolved urgently of that in our country. Secondly, this thesis introduces in detail the concept, the method and the step of overall quality management and the theory and method in common use of quality controlling, and so on. Finally, on the basis of the attached project of the fire engineering project with all the effective methods of overall quality management and quality controlling, we analyze, control and improve it sufficiently in the process of exploration& designing, construction process, as a result of which we improved its economic and social benefits, ensured every index to come true, it is evidenced that the whole employee, the whole course, the whole project is good at the quality control of fire engineering.The project under the fire engineering quality control of the building is a complicated engineering system. In the fire engineering project, strengthen quality control, do a good job of quality control, guarantee that the safety of life and property of country and the people is the cardinal task of the fire engineering project management. Building project under construction every participant must guarantee work quality their, make sure workflow procedure, standardization and standardization, and realize optimization most, project of quality, launch the quality management, guarantee project quality. Only make good project quality, could improve the key competitiveness of the enterprise in charge of construction could accelerate the upgrading paces of the fire industry of our country.更多还原
