【摘要】 体育舞蹈是集健美健身、休闲娱乐以及社交礼仪于一体的综合性、艺术性极强的体育运动项目,与一般的体育运动项目相比,体育舞蹈几乎涵盖了人文学、社会学、心理学的特征,而且还具有造型艺术、形体艺术以及舞蹈艺术等多种艺术的特征,具有多元的教育功能。与传统的体育舞蹈教学模式相比,立体化体育舞蹈教学模式将理论教学、实训教学与实验教学紧密地结合在一起,提供了一套提高体育舞蹈教学效果的切实可行的方案,最大限度地激发了学生的学习主动性、积极性,既促进了体育舞蹈教学的改革,也提高了体育舞蹈教学的效果。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法对体育舞蹈立体化教学模式进行了设计、研究,阐述了设计背景、设计过程等内容；然后以东北大学体育舞蹈课程教学为例,采取实验教学的形式分析了立体化教学模式的实施效果。研究结果表明,体育舞蹈选修课采用立体化教学模式取得了比较理想的效果,学生在理解、接受、模仿等诸多环节都要明显好于采用传统的教学方法,运用立体化教学模式的学生在舞蹈动作技术、音乐感觉、动作姿态、艺术表现力以及创新能力等方面具明显优于传统教学法的学生,立体化教学模式的实施对于提升体育舞蹈课程的教学质量、效率具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sports dance is a set of fitness, leisure and entertainment and social etiquette in one comprehensive, artistic strong sports, compared with sports in general, sports dance almost covers the humanities, sociology, psychology characteristics, characteristics but also has made art, body art and dance art etc. art education, has diversified functions. Compared with the traditional sports dance teaching mode, three-dimensional sports dance teaching mode of theoretical teaching, practical teaching and teaching closely together, and provides a set of improving teaching effect of sports dance feasible scheme, to stimulate the students’ learning initiative, enthusiasm, promote the reform of physical education the dance teaching, but also improves the sports dance teaching effect.In this paper, firstly, the sports dance teaching of design, research, and describes the design background, design process and the implementation process; and then to the Northeastern University sports dance teaching as an example, take the form of experimental teaching and analysis of the implementation effect of stereoscopic teaching mode. The results show that, the sports dance elective stereo teaching mode has achieved ideal effect, the students accept, in understanding, imitation and many other links are significantly better than using traditional teaching methods, students in the experimental class in the dance, music, technology as attitude, artistic expression and creativity.
