【摘要】 随着全球化竞争的日趋激烈、企业业务需求的持续增长以及客户需求的日趋多样化与个性化,当代企业需要不断运用信息化技术装备自己来应对这些挑战。车间生产管理系统成为企业信息化战略的一个关键要素。传统的车间生产管理系统技术老旧,信息传递层次多,依赖于具体的平台,难以应对灵活多变的外界环境。而基于SOA(service-oriented architecture)的车间生产管理系统很好地解决了系统之间的集成问题,能很好地在异构平台之间交互。本文首先深入分析了SOA的相关理论与技术,介绍了SOA的发展、特征、优点等,接着重点介绍了SOA中的服务,最后对实现SOA的关键技术进行了详细分析,确定了运用SOA技术开发车间生产管理系统的可行性。本文通过对传统车间生产管理系统存在问题分析,再结合车间生产管理系统需求,运用SOA理论与技术,提出了一种基于SOA的架构的车间生产管理系统的体系结构,并通过对车间生产管理系统的主要模块进行了详细分析,运用数据流图描绘了车间生产活动的业务流程,接着根据业务流程完成了数据库的分析与设计,同时运用现有技术得出了系统开发的整体技术框架,该框架分为表现层,业务层、服务层、业务逻辑层以及数据层五个层次构成,并分析了系统的可重构性问题。最后先对面向服务和面向构件开发技术进行了对比分析,总结了面向服务开发的优点,再结合车间业务过程,从车间业务中提取出服务,再对服务进行分类和粒度的划分,完成了对车间生产管理系统服务的设计,从而完成了整个系统的搭建。基于SOA的车间生产管理系统是未来车间生产管理系统发展趋势,面向服务架构也是未来系统开发采用的常用方式,目的就是帮助企业脱离“信息孤岛”,实现制造资源服务化,灵活应对外界环境的变化,达到共享及共赢。本文研究的内容对今后类似系统搭建提供了一条思路,具有一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasingly fierce gloabal competition, continue-growing enterprise business nees and increasingly diversifying and personalizing customer demand, contemporary companies need to be equipped with the technology of information to deal with these challenges. Workshop production management system has become a key element of enterprise information technology strategy. The traditional workshop production management system with the old technology and multi-transmission levels information, relies on a specific platform and can not share the information with the inside and outside. But the SOA-based workshop production management system solves the problem of integration between heterogeneous platform.This paper first deeply understands and analysizes the SOA-related theories and technologies, introduce the development, features, advantages of SOA. Then introduces the service in SOA. Finally analyzes the detail of the key technologies to achieve SOA, carries out that the development of workshop production management system using SOA is feasible.Through the analysis of the traditional workshop production management system’s problem, combined with the requirements, the SOA theory and technology is applied to present an architecture of workshop production management system. With the main modules of the system analyzed in detail, the business processes are depicted using the data flow diagram, and then the databased is designed according to the analysis of business process while the overall technical framework for system is rised by the existing technologies. The total framework contains presentation layer, business layer, service layer, business logic layer and data layer. The reconfiguration of system is also analyzed. At the end, this paper comparatively analyzes the development between service-oriented and component-oriented, summarizes the advantages of service-oriented development. Then combined with the workshop business process, extracts the service from the business, classifies and devide the service to complete the design of service and set-up of the system.The SOA-based workshop production management systems is future trend of workshop production management systems. Service-oriented architecture is becoming the usual way of future development of system and the purpose is to help companies get rid of the “islands of information” to archieve manufacturing resources as services, to share and to win.
