房地产ERP信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 本文以中铁二局房地产企业信息化建设为背景,以开发企业定制ERP系统为目标,围绕中铁二局房地产ERP信息系统的建设,依次介绍了系统研究的背景、开发的目的和意义。在进行具体的开发之前,本文还对目前典型的房地产ERP系统进行了分析,作者在开发中借鉴了这些系统,随后对本系统使用的Web开发技术进行了分析。项目的开发过程遵循了软件工程的实现,首先采用用例图及用例规约,完成了系统的需求分析;随后采用类图及顺序图描述了系统的设计与实现;在项目开发过程及开发结束时完成了系统网络的部署及功能测试。文章的最后给出了本次开发的总结及系统的优势以及下一阶段的工作。本系统功能较为全面,能够满足中铁二局日常业务管理的需要,系统中的功能模块包括系统登录、业务管理、人力资源管理、各分支公司之间的协调管理、知识管理等。本系涉及功能较多,作者在需求分析阶段详细介绍了系统各模块的功能及性能需求,之后为突出重点,以系统核心功能部分中的财务管理模块以例,介绍了系统设计、实现以及测试过程,并以此展示软件开发过程。财务管理模块又分为数据录入模块、销售管理模块、报表管理模块以及档案管理模块,文中除对这些模块的设计及实现进行详细的说明外,也给出了系统总体实现界面。系统开发采用面向对象技术,在系统需求分析及设计过程中,广泛采用了UML建模工具,提高了系统文档的编制效率以及系统开发的效率。在系统的测试阶段使用了集成化的测试工具LoadRunner完成了系统的性能测试,并在详细的测试用例的基础上完成了系统的功能测试。本系统在设计过程中将实用技术与先进的软件设计方法有效融合。综合采用了JavaEE技术、工作流技术、C/S与B/S混合结构模式,充分保证了系统的实用性以及操作的简洁性。同时本系统的开发充分考虑了系统的安全性要求,采用了多种安全保障技术,包括基于角色的访问控制方式、数据的加密传输、安全传输协议、数据的冗余备份等措施。

【Abstract】 In this thesis, the Railway Bureau real estate enterprise information construction as the background for the development of enterprise ERP system tailored for the target, around the China Railway Bureau Real Estate ERP information system construction, in turn introduces a systematic study on the back, the development of purpose and meaning. Before carrying out the specific development, this thesis first present a typical real estate ERP system, the author draws this in the development of these systems, and then analyzes the system Web development technologies. Project development process follows the software engineering implementation, during the system requirements analysis use case diagrams and use case specification are used; subsequently class diagrams and sequence diagram are used to describe the system design and implementation; during project development and the system network deployment, functional tests are used. End of the article gives a summary of this development and the advantages of the system and the next phase of work.The system functions more comprehensive to meet the needs of China Railway Bureau daily business management, system function modules include system registry, business management, human resources management, coordination between the various branches of the company management, knowledge management. The system involves more functional, the author describes in detail the requirements analysis phase functional and performance requirements of each module of the system, followed by focused, part of the core functions of the system of financial management module to patients, introduced the system design, implementation and testing process, and thus demonstrate the software development process. Financial management module is divided into data entry module, sales management module, report management module and file management module, in addition to the text design and implementation of these modules is described in detail, but also gives the overall system implementation interface.System development using object-oriented technology, system requirements analysis and design process, widely used UML modeling tools to improve the efficiency of the system as well as the preparation of documentation system development efficiency. Testing phase of the system of integrated testing tool LoadRunner complete the system performance test, and in the test on the basis of the detailed function of the system to complete the test.This system will be useful in the design process technology and advanced software design methods of effective integration. Using a combination of Java EE technologies, workflow technology, C/S and B/S hybrid structure model, and fully guarantee the system’s utility and simplicity of operation. Meanwhile, the system development fully consider the security requirements of the system, using a variety of security technologies, including role-based access control, encryption of data transmission, secure transmission protocols, data redundancy and other measures.
