锅炉控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 本人进行南屯矿电厂锅炉控制系统改造工程的设计,原2台75t/hCFB锅炉控制系统使用由于运行10几年,锅炉制造厂制造中就存在着很多不完善和缺陷。南屯矿电厂根据生产实际和技术进步趋势,以建设数字化电厂为目标,以生产集控为载体,按照控制自动化、操作简易化完善现场装备,优化运行管理模式,并构建工业以太环网,建设实时数据库。本系统从锅炉控制系统的需求分析入手,构建了系统各功能模块,采用SQLServer支持后台关系型数据库,对系统登录、用户权限管理、资源管理、锅炉控制等子系统做了的详细设计与测试,实现系统中的相关功能,确保系统可以通过ASP.net技术以动态网页形式管理信息,提供对数据库的查询、添加、修改、删除等操作,实现资源的网上共享。依据层次化设计进行本系统设计。锅炉的控制系统是控制层,包括上下位机组成的,使用PID的控制算来达到锅炉自动化的控制;采用冗余技术让系统更可靠。为了实现控制要求,使用PLC300,使用WinCC的软件的冗余功能来达到服务器的热备功能。通过数据传输的网络层,让应用层与控制层相互连接。系统试运行后产生效果是稳定可靠,工人手动操作达到有效减少,锅炉良好的自动化控制。锅炉自动化控制的实现,方便管理人员分析指导现场工作,达到了“随时随地”监管锅炉生产运行的目的,实现了锅炉的管控一体化的阶段性效果。

【Abstract】 I conducted Nan Tun Power plant boiler control system design of the reconstruction project, the original two 75 t / hCFB boiler control system due to the operation of 10 years, the boiler factory manufacturing there are many imperfections and defects. Longwall mining plants based on actual production trends and technological advances in the construction of digital power plant targets to produce centralized control of the carrier, according to the control automation, ease of operation of the complete field equipment, and optimizing operational management, and build industrial Ethernet ring network, construction real-time database.The demand from the analysis of the boiler control system, constructed the system modules, support for background use SQLServer relational database, the system login, user rights management, resource management, boiler control and other subsystems do detailed design and testing, implement system-related functions, ensure that the system can ASP.net technology for dynamic web content management information, provide access to the database, add, modify, delete and other operations, and online sharing of resources.Based on a hierarchical design of the system design. Boiler control system is the control layer, including upper and lower machine component, the use of PID control algorithm to achieve the boiler automatic control; using redundancy technology to make the system more reliable. In order to achieve control requirements, use PLC300, use WinCC software redundancy to achieve hot standby function server. Data transmission via the network layer, application layer and control layer allows interconnected.After the system test run to produce the effect is stable and reliable, to achieve an effective reduction of manual workers, good boiler automatic control. Boiler automatic control, easy management staff analysis to guide field work, to the "anytime, anywhere" regulatory purpose boiler production run to achieve a stage effect boiler control integration.
