【摘要】 随着我国市场经济的发展,企业的规模越来扩大,需要处理的财务信息也越来越多,这就对企业财务管理工作提出了更多更高的要求。如何在复杂的房地产企业内部处理好各种复杂的财务工作是房地产企业面临的一个重要的问题。传统的财务管理办法已经不能适应现在企业的需求,因此,有必要引进计算机信息系统辅助企业进行财务管理以提高企业财务管理的水平。所以开发和使用财务管理系统是企业必须做的事情,用计算机代替传统手工操作,解决了记账、统计、核算等工作的难度,也提高了准确度。但在目前房地产企业很多管理模式十分落后,对财务管理的重要性理解不够,或者对企业实行信息化改革缺乏动力。本文根据对某些房地产企业的财务管理进行调研,根据财务管理工作的现实情况进行比较详细的分析和可行性论证,进行应用计算机信息系统技术建立一个小型财务管理系统[1]。本文在房地产企业信息化发展的背景下,深入了解了国内外针对房地产的财务信息系统的现状以及发展方向,并且在对房地产财务管理的工作流程和信息系统所需要的功能进行了深入细致的分析后,设计出一套适合房地产自身规模的高效财务信息管理系统。整个财务信息管理系统的界面简约直观的同时而能保证功能的齐全且易于用户操作,以最终适合房地产财务工作者和管理者的管理需求。本论文的主要工作如下:通过分析房地产财务管理实际特点和会计准则的要求,分析出面向房地产财务管理系统的框架,然后设计出具体的功能模块,以SQL作为后台数据库,设计出匹配系统整体框架和功能模块的数据库;并选择以VS2008作为前端开发工具,完成房地产财务管理系统功能的设计与实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the developm ent of m arket economy in our country, the scale of the enterprise expand more, so we need to deal with the financial information more and more. As the financial management of the real estate enterprise itself is very complex, with the scale of th e enterprise, the need to deal with the financial information is also increasing, which put forward higher requirements for enterprise financial management. How the complexity of the real estate enterprise to handle a variety of complex financial work is an important issue facing the real estate enterprises. Like traditional f inancial management approach has been unable to meet the dem and and, therefore, it is necessary to the intro duction of computer information systems auxiliary enterprise financial management in order to improve the level of corporate financial management. Therefore, the development and use of financial management systems companies must do things w ith the computer inste ad of the traditional manual operation to solve the difficulty of accounting, sta tistics, accounting and other work, but also im prove the accuracy. But in a lot o f real estate enterprises management model is very backward, inadequate understanding of the importance of financial management, or lack of motivation of the enterprises, inform ation technology reform. The research, based on some real esta te enterprise financial management, a more deta iled analysis a nd feasibility study based on th e reality of the financial m anagement, financial management system to create a small appl ication of com puter information systems technology.This paper is under the background of r eal estate enterprise based on society development, and after insight into the financial software,we analysis the framework of the financial software, and then we design that modules. We design the software that has simple interface and comprehensive functions to make sure that this system could fit the need of workers and managers.The main work of this paper is as follows:Through analyzing the characteristics of the real estate financial m anagement practice and the requirement of accounting standards, we analysis the framework of the real estate financial m anagement system, and then we design th at specific function modules with SQL database as the backgr ound, and design the m atching system as a whole framework and function module of database. And we select VS2008 as front-end development tool to complete the design a nd implementation of real estate financial management system.更多还原
