大型机械设备的远程实时视频监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着现在房地产行业的迅速兴起,建筑工地上使用的各种大型机械设备也是越来越多,由此导致的各种安全事故也是接连发生。在“十二五”政策的推动下,对于大型机械设备的安全监控有了迫切的要求,因此,本课题主要针对了大型机械设备中的起重设备展开了研究,完成了远程视频监控系统终端的设计与实现。监控系统采用三星公司的ARM CortexTM-A8架构的S5pv210为核心处理芯片,实现了包括起重设备运行参数的采集、本地数据存储、语音报警、LCD显示、无线数据传输以及远程视频监控等功能的安全监控系统的硬件设计;监控系统通过传感器采集了起重设备的吊绳长、吊重、吊臂长度、回转角度数、倾角的度数以及风速等数据,存储到本地存储单元中,并且通过LCD显示屏进行显示,再通过3G无线传输模块上传数据,对于超过安全阈值区的数据进行实时的语音报警。为了更好的利用核心处理芯片的丰富资源,系统中移植搭建了Linux操作系统,并且完成了Linux操作系统下外部设备的驱动程序的设计与调试,这些设备驱动主要包括了SPI、LCD显示、ASoC音频驱动、V4L2摄像头驱动。为了实现远程视频监控,经过对比选用客户端/服务器模式的视频传输方案,搭建了基于FFserver的流媒体服务器,详细说明了流媒体服务器实现的流程,并且给出了搭建流媒体服务器的各个参数;通过摄像头采集视频数据并且针对压缩转码的需求完成了格式转换,说明了格式转换的算法流程;针对H.264压缩转码提出了软件和硬件两种实现方式,并且对每个实现方式作出了详细说明。经过测试本系统基本达到预期目标。
【Abstract】 The booming Real Estate industry, more use of large-scale machinery and equipment lead to more accidents. The research of the safety monitoring system for large machinery and equipment is very immature because of our late concern. Under the driven by the Twelfth Five-Year Guideline, the requirement for the safety monitoring of large machinery and equipment is urgent. Therefore, this paper focuses on the design and implementation of remote video monitoring system for lifting equipment.The monitoring system chooses Samsung’s ARM S5pv210 as core processing chip,completes the hardware design of the safety monitoring system including the collection of lifting equipment operating parameters, local data storage, voice alarm, LCD display,wireless data transmission and remote video monitoring and other functions. According to sensors, monitoring system collect the data of lifting equipment’s hanging long,hoists, boom length, rotation angle number of degrees inclination and wind, stored the data in the local storage unit and display them by the LCD screen, then upload the data through 3G wireless transmission module, real-time voice alarm when the data exceeds the safety threshold region.Monitoring system built Linux operating system in order to make better use of the rich resources of the core processing chip, and completed the external device driver design and debugging under Linux operating system, these device drivers include the SPI, LCD display, ASoC audio drivers, V4L2 camera driver. In order to achieve remote video surveillance, selected client/server model of video transmission scheme according to comparing, built streaming media server based on FFserver, the paper describe the process of streaming media server implementation and gives the parameters of streaming media server. Capture video data through the camera and complete the compression transcoding according compression transcoding requirements. Present two implementations for H.264 compression transcoding and make a detailed description for each implementation.
