基于Web的科技业务系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 随着我国信息化建设步伐不断加快,科技业务信息管理也面临着网络化发展的潮流,以更好地适应当前我国科研主管部门对科技业务管理信息化的需求。基于Web Service的科技业务管理系统,可实现科研项目所有业务信息和项目审批管理的信息化、网络化,同时利用计算机技术和网络技术提高科研主管部门的管理效率,满足他们的工作的实际需要。系统采用了B/S/S这种目前流行的体系结构,在科技业务管理系统的设计和开发中涉及到了企业级Web服务器搭建、面向对象软件组件架构理论、数据信息的挖掘和信息管理、数据检索等开发技术和开发理论。科技业务管理系统在具体开发方法上采用了Apache与PHP、Mysql的开发组合,并且整合了目前流行的许多开源框架。论文首先对科技业务管理系统的研发背景进行了描述,确定了本系统的基本开发思路。在论文中对当前WEB类信息系统开发所采用的常用技术和开发方法特点进行了介绍,对系统的前期需求分析进行说明,以此来确定科技业务管理系统的各主要功能组成和本系统的组织框架、进而明确了本系统要完成的具体目标。在原有以太网络组织架构的物理组织基础上,明确了系统软件功能对应的主要用户类别,系统要完成的主要功能,科技管理各项业务的具体流程,以UML提供的用例图和用例说明表的方式进行了分析。最后,还对本系统所需要的服务器在安全、性能方面的需求等要求进行了简介。在需求分析的工作基础上,主要是通过UML提供的数据库模型图来对系统后台数据库的设计进行了说明,数据库设计主要是通过E-R模型图来表述数据库的设计。最后是介绍本系统各主要模块的具体设计与实现阶段,主要是通过UML工具提供的功能包对科技业务管理系统的主要核心业务功能进行了细化设计,并明确说明了系统各主要功能的子功能包对应实现类的设计,并对主要业务工作流程进行了表述。主要有系统用户管理、系统数据库与参数设置管理、项目申报与审批信息管理、科研设备采购信息管理、科研项目日常跟踪管理与科研项目结题信息管理等功能模块的设计与实现工作。系统在开发过程和开发完成后进行了较系统的测试,测试结果表明本平台系统基本满足了设计需求。

【Abstract】 With the accelerating pace of China’s information network construction, Science and technology business facing the world trend integration, and how to fit the needs of situation to both sides of the science and technology management. The TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESEARCH AND DESIGN BASED WEB SERVICE could help the Science and technology business management in informationization, scientific and modern, and it while taking advantage of computer technology and network technology to improve the level of management for Science and technology Management agencies, then it while fit their working operational needs better.The system uses the currently most popular B / S / S development structure in the information business system design and development process, related to Web services,the component architecture theory, data mining and knowledge management,information retrieval and other related theoretical knowledge. The project’s specific development “Apache + PHP + Mysql” development portfolio, it integrates a large number of excellent, trusted open source frameworks.The paper first describes the background of the Science and technology business management systems, describes the dynamics of the development of information systems in domestic and international journals, identified the development of ideas and development framework; Secondly, the technical background of the current periodical information systems development, the system developmentthe technical characteristics of the chosen development; once again described the system upfront needs analysis to determine the individual part of the system, clear the composition of the framework of the system to complete the goals and direction; in demand needs analysis based on the completion of the system through the database modelthe detailed design of the system,the underlying database design; complete user management system database Admin,Science business management, technology business management, design work etc.In the requirements analysis phase, the system is mainly used UML method to perform the detailed needs analysis. Organizations in the system network architecture, based on the analysis of the main users of the system, function, various business specific processes,and through the use case diagrams and use cases illustrate the way the table for adetailed analysis and elaboration. Finally, the system server security requirements,performance requirements and other non-development of system requirements for the profile. Database design mainly through the E-R model to describe the database design FIG. Design and implementation phase mainly through the system for UML functional packages to various functional modules of the system can be split and design. Clear focus on each class of functional sub-package design, and through the timing diagram of the various sub-functions to describe the design and implementation of workflow.System in the development process and the development of a more complete system testing. Test results show that the platform system basically meet the design requirements.
