基于ASP电子教务系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 现今社会,随着互联网技术的飞速发展,产生了信息化应用的革新,其中电子教务就是重要的应用。电子教务为了更好地让学校部门间协调工作,最大限度地发挥行政职能,真正能实现组织结构和工作流程的优化分配,克服了时空的约束,建立了一个高效、快捷的学校运作模式。不难总结出,电子教务实质就是利用信息技术来管理行政。中国已经融入WTO,那么建立一套适应时代要求的有竞争力和活力的高效管理体制将刻不容缓。电子教务系统应用而生,实现了传统的人工管理到现代化的转变。本论文针对我国职业学院的现状,通过分析当地的情况,结合上海建桥学院现状,开发了一个基于ASP的电子教务系统。系统是在B/S结构下,利用ASP.NET技术进行开发的。论文的主要内容如下:首先对开发系统需要的相关关键技术如B/S结构、ASP.NET等进行了详细的介绍,然后对电子教务系统进行了需求分析,分别进行了功能性需求分析和非功能性需求分析,在需求分析后对系统进行了总体设计和针对每个模块的详细设计,在设计过后进行了系统实现,最后对系统进行了测试。本文所设计的电子教务系统主要为教师服务,以期让学院电子教务管理上实现大的跨越,也希望达到预计的论文设计目标。
【Abstract】 Nowadays, with the rapid development of Internet technology, resulting in innovative application of information technology, including Electronic educational. Electronic educational in order to better enable coordination between government departments to maximize administrative functions that can really achieve organizational structure and work processes to optimize allocation, to overcome the constraints of time and space limit, the establishment of an efficient and fast mode of government operation. Is not difficult to conclude that Electronic educational is the use of information technology to real management administration. China has been integrated into WTO, then adapt to the times required to establish a competitive and efficient energy management system will be imperative. Application of Electronic educational system was born, and to achieve the traditional manual management to modern changes.This thesis focuses on the status of Vocational College, by analyzing the local situation, combined with the shanghaijianqiao school situation, the development of an ASP-based Electronic educational system. System is in B / S structure, using ASP.NET technology for development. The main contents are as follows : First, the system needs related to developing key technologies, such as B / S structure, ASP.NET, etc. carried out a detailed description, and then Electronic educational system needs analysis, were carried out and non- functional requirements analysis functional requirements analysis, demand analysis, the overall design of the system and the detailed design for each module in the design of the system after the last, the implementation system was tested.This article is designed primarily for teachers of Electronic educational system service, in order to allow management to achieve Electronic educational institute a big leap, and hope to achieve the expected goal of thesis.
