福建中医药大学科研管理系统的开发

【摘要】 近年来,随着福建中医药大学科研工作的不断发展,每年学校都有大量科研项目的申请、立项、审批以及结题等工作,大量的科研管理工作仅靠人工来完成,不仅造成了科研管理者工作压力大、工作容易出错,而且还不能满足广大教师对科研信息准确及时的需求,使我校的科研资源不能得到合理的分配和利用,因此,如何通过计算机技术、网络技术和数据库等技术构建一个适合学校内部使用的科研管理信息平台已成为当务之急。本文针对福建中医药大学科研工作的实际特点,提出了系统的需求分析,并根据学校科研管理者的使用要求,设计并开发出基于B/S结构的科研管理信息系统。系统的开发根据学校的实际工作流程来设计的,主要包括项目申报、项目审批、经费预算、项目结题四个环节来设计的。在系统设计中可以实现科研管理工作流程的自动化处理,并能有效地管理和控制工作流程,为科研管理工作者提高工作效率。为学校全体教职工提供了一个很好的科研信息管理平台。系统开发平台采用MyEclipse8,开发语言采用Java,后台数据采用SQL Sever2000,拟开发一个适合学校使用的科研管理系统,系统操作界面美观,功能强大、数据报表丰富。本文主要完成的工作:1、深入了解当前有关科研系统的发展现况,提出本项目的开发目的及意义,并对本次要研究内容进行了归纳和总结。2、确定系统的总体设计思路,并对操作业务流程及数据流程进行详细的绘制,提出开发系统所采用的总体技术方案。对系统的需求分析进行了详细的介绍;根据需求分析完成系统的设计,根据设计内容完成相关功能模块的实现。3、完成整个系统的开发,包括代码的编写、数据库的创建、操作界面的设计等内容,最后对系统进行了相关测试,使用功能达到预期的要求。在上述工作的基础上,使用J2EE平台实施了系统代码的编写,并对系统进行了系列测试,结果表明系统运行稳定,功能上也基本达到使用单位的要求,能够满足学校科研业务管理的需求。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of Fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine scientific research work in recent years,, every college has a large scientific research project application, project approval and concluding etc, a large number of scientific research management only rely on artificial to complete, not only caused the scientific research management work pressure, easy to get wrong, but also can not meet the requirements of teachers to the scientific research information accurate and timely, to make our research can’t get reasonable allocation and utilization of resources, therefore, how to use computer technology, network technology and database technology to build a suitable for the college internal use of scientific research management information platform has become the top priority.Based on the practical characteristics of Fujian college of traditional Chinese medicine and scientific research, proposed the system demand analysis, and according to the demand of college scientific research management, designed and developed based on B/S structure of the research of management information system. System development according to the actual working process of the college to design, including project application, project examination and approval, budget, project concluding four links to design. In the system can be implemented in the design of scientific research management workflow automation processing, and can effectively manage and control the work flow, improve the work efficiency for scientific research management workers. System, provide a rich report features advanced data query function, the online submission and approval of project, the function such as online spending budget and audit, to all the staff of the school provides a good scientific research information management platform.System development platform adopts MyEclipse8, Java language using the background data using SQL Sever2000, plans to develop a suitable for college scientific research management system, the system operation interface is beautiful, powerful, rich data report. In this paper, the main work:1, understanding the current development status about scientific research system, put forward the development purpose and the significance of this project, and this paper inducts and summarizes the main research content.2, determine the overall system design, and operating the business process and data process in detail, put forward development system adopted by the technical scheme as a whole. Demand analysis of the system has carried on the detailed introduction; According to the demand analysis of the design of the complete system, according to the realization of the complete function module design content.3, to complete the development of the whole system, including the writing of the code, create a database, user interface design, etc, finally, the system has carried on the related test, use function to achieve the expected requirements.On the basis of the above work, the use of the J2 EE platform to implement the coding system, and system of a series of tests, the results show that the system runs stably, and the basic function to reach the requirement of the unit using, can satisfy the requirements of the scientific research management in our school.
