【摘要】 城市公园作为市民生活的重要载体,是为公众提供观光游览、集会休憩、开展文化活动的场所。近年来,随着社会经济发展的迅猛发展,我国市民的生活水平、文化修养、生活方式都有了很大的变化,人们开始越来越注重精神文化需求。为了满足市民日益增长的精神文化需求,原本封闭式公园逐渐向开放式过度,开放式城市公园也开始大量兴建,但是很多为游人无偿提供服务的开放式公园却出现了种种问题,如“游人过多；原本的基础设施无法满足现状；公园环境遭到破坏”等。因此,如何使开放式公园最大的发挥其社会功能,而又不对其造成破坏,是一个亟待解决的社会问题。本文以哈尔滨市为研究地,选取哈尔滨市具有代表性的开放式公园—兆麟公园、古梨园、斯大林公园为研究对象。以使用状况评价(POE)理论为基础,采用问卷调查法、实地观察法、访谈法对案例公园进行详细的调研。对观察内容和问卷问题进行了系统的设计,通过对调查结果的分析,掌握了不同类型游人的行为特征,并获得了使用者对公园区位、植物、地形、水系、设施、道路以及社会文化要素的感受与评价。之后,对调查公园的优缺点进行分析,根据分析结果及观察记录,得出了影响公园使用状况的因素。总结哈尔滨开放式公园存在的问题,并提出优化设计原则、优化管理以及优化景观要素的策略,希望对今后哈尔滨开放式公园的建设和改造具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the important carrier of the living of citizen, the city open park can provide the public with sightseeing, relaxing, and the place for the development of cultural activities. In recent years, with the rapid development of social and economic development, the living standard and cultural training of residents in our country has changed a lot, so has the way of life. people begin to pay more attention to the spiritual and cultural needs.In order to meet the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the citizens, the originally enclosed parks begin to open, the government begin to construct a large number of open parks, but the open public park brought various problems, such as "too much visitors, the original infrastructure can’t meet the demand of the tourists; environment in park is destroyed. Therefore,how to guarantee both parks play its social benefit and make the park environment is not destroyed is a problem to be solvedThe paper regard Harbin as studying location and select 3 representative Open Park-Zhaolin Park, ancient pear, Stalin Park in Harbin for the study. The paper regards the theory of POE as a basis, using questionnaires, field observation, interviews of the case detailed to research parks. Auther designed contents of the questionnaire issues and the ways of observing, through analysis of survey results, we mastered the behavioral characteristics of different types of visitors, and get elements feelings and evaluation of plant, terrain, water, facilities, roads and social cultural. Thereafter, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the investigation park, according to the analysis results and observations, obtained factors park usage and summarizes Harbin open park problems. The paper summarizes problems of open park in Harbin and put forward optimization of design principles to optimize the management and strategy optimization landscape elements. The auther hope the recommendations has a certain reference value. for the future construction and renovation of open park in Harbin.更多还原
