【摘要】 目的:观察蠲痹膏摩配合整复手法为主治疗风寒湿型颈肩综合征的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的68例颈肩综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,并签署知情同意书。治疗组采用蠲痹膏摩配合整复手法为主治疗,对照组采用口服蠲痹汤治疗。对两组病例治疗前后的疼痛积分差值、临床症状体征积分差值、总体临床疗效进行对比观察。使用SPSS17.0软件包进行数据处理,计数资料采用X2检验,计量资料采用t检验,等级资料采用秩和检验。结果:治疗组痊愈8例,显效15例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率96.7%;对照组痊愈3例,显效11例,有效12例,无效4例,总有效率86.7%。经统计学处理,有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明要显优于对照组。结论:蠲痹膏摩配合整复手法为主是治疗风寒湿型颈肩综合征有效方法之一,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the neck-shoulder syndrome(wind cold dampness type) by massage with juanbi ointment and osteopathic manipulationMethods : Conforms to the selected standard 68 patients with syndrome of neck-shoulder to divide into the treatment group and the control group stochastically.All in all patients need sign the informed consent.The treatment group to massage with juanbi ointment and osteopathic manipulation, the Treatment control group received Liquid form for treatment.We observed the changes of symptom,physical sign and pain of two groups we reanalyzed before and after treatment.Data processing using SPSS17.0 package count data using the X2 test, measurement data using t-test, grade information using the Kruskal-Wallis test.Results:The therapeutic effect of massage therapy is better. The results of the treatment group:cure-8, markedim provement-15,improvement-6,noeffct-1, the total efficiency96.7%;the results of the control group:cure-3,markedim provement-11, improvement-12,noeffct-4, the total efficiency 86.7%.This shows that observation group is more excellent than control group in curative effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage with juanbi ointment and osteopathic manipulation is an effective way to one of the cold type of infant diarrhea, worthy of clinical application.更多还原
