适应负载变化的平衡阀设计研究

【摘要】 液压平衡阀属于液压技术中的液压控制元件,在船舶、冶金、机床、汽车以及工程机械等多个行业中广泛应用,尤其是在起重机械当中应用更为广泛。平衡阀是平衡回路中最关键的液压元件,其性能的优劣直接关系到平衡回路能否正常工作,平衡阀保障了应用平衡回路的机械设备的稳定性和可靠性,并大大地提高了机械设备作业的安全性,从而保障了生命和财产的安全。现有的平衡阀基本能满足大部分设备的生产要求,但有些地方仍不够完善,存在着不足之处,如结构复杂不可靠、控制压力偏高,系统稳定性差以及系统功率损失严重等问题。针对上述问题,本论文设计了适应负载变化的新型平衡阀原理图,并对其结构进行了初步设计,给出了关键部件包括单向阀、液控单向阀以及节流阀的相关参数值。在此基础上建立了该阀的数学模型,并利用仿真分析软件MATLAB/Simulink建立了其仿真模型,通过设置仿真参数对仿真模型进行仿真分析,最后得出结论:本论文设计的平衡阀达到了适应负载变化的特殊用途,结构更为简单可靠,系统稳定性更好,响应更为迅速,控制压力较低,解决功率损耗大的问题,这也是本论文所设计的新型平衡阀的主要优点,对于实现机械设备的安全操作和节能有着积极的影响,不但保障了生命财产的安全而且为生产经营节约了成本。

【Abstract】 Hydraulic counterbalance valve, which belongs to hydraulic control component of hydraulic technique, is applied abroad in ship industry, metallurgical industry, machine tools, automobile and engineering machinery and other industries, especially in hoisting machinery. Hydraulic counterbalance valve is the key component in the balance loop. The performance of the balance loop is influenced by the property of the counterbalance valve. It ensures the reliability and stability of mechanical equipment in the balance loop and greatly improves the security of mechanical equipment so as to protect the lives and properties. The existing hydraulic counterbalance valves meet basically the requirements of most of the equipment. But there are also inadequacies such as the complex structure, the high pilot pressure, the bad system stability and the large power loss.To solve the above problems, this paper presents a new type of counterbalance valve adapting to the load change. First design the schematic of the counterbalance valve, then design the structures of it, which include the check valve, the hydraulic control one-way valve and the throttle valve. This paper first builds a mathematical model of the counterbalance valve on this basis, then builds the simulation model by MATLAB/Simulink and sets up simulation parameters. Results have shown that the counterbalance valve is able to adapt to the load change. Its structure is more simple and reliable, system stability is better, response is more quickly, pilot pressure is lower and power loss is lower. These are also the main advantages of counterbalance valve adapting to the load change. This has positive effects on safe operation and energy saving so as to protect the lives and properties and increase economy features.
