自平衡法测试桩基承载能力可靠性研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的迅猛发展,桥梁数量越来越多,结构越来越复杂,对桩基的极限承载能力与桩基检测技术要求也越来越高,为了适应这种发展,自平衡法应运而生。该方法与传统的静载试验方法相比较,有更强的适应性和灵活性,但是,业界专家认为传统测试方法所得数据结果具有较高的可信度、可靠性,而自平衡法在中国工程上的应用较晚,这种测试方法所得结果并未获得普遍认可,所以本文将针对自平衡测试桩基承载力的可靠性进行研究。本文通过传统静压法与自平衡法共进行了9根试桩的竖向承载能力试验,实际测试了侧摩阻力、桩端反力随荷载的变化规律与荷载-位移曲线。运用统计理论对自平衡法测试试桩竖向承载能力的可靠性进行了系统研究。本文的主要研究内容为:对木兰松花江大桥1根试桩、延吉市布尔哈通河局子街桥1根试桩及嫩江大桥1根试桩进行了桩基竖向承载能力试验,实际测得到极限侧摩阻力及桩基承载能力;对滨北线松花江特大桥3根试桩、木兰松花江大桥1根试桩及延吉市布尔哈通河局子街桥1根试桩及嫩江大桥1根试桩进行了自平衡试验,实际测试了侧摩阻力与桩基承载能力;利用肖维勒准则对测试的数据进行了误差剔除,采用利用统计理论对自平衡法测试的极限侧摩阻力与桩基承载能力进行统计分析,分析了自平衡测试极限侧摩阻力及桩基承载能力的可靠性。综述全文研究成果,取得以下主要结论:(1)实际测试了3根传统静压法、5根自平衡法试桩的极限侧摩阻力及竖向承载能力。(2)由χ2检验知静载试验获得极限侧摩阻力值与自平衡法测试测得桩基的极限侧摩阻力实测值的比值kτ的统计分布服从正态分布,即k,~(0.95,0.1022)的正态分布函数。保证率为95%时,k:的值为1.27。(3)在置信水平0.95时,静载试验获得桩基承载能力值与自平衡法测试桩基承载能力实测值的比值kQ,在置信水平为1-α的置信区间为(0.782,0.977)。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of Chinese economy, many bridges became larger and larger. Structures of the bridge became more complex. The ultimate bearing capacity of the pile and pile testing techniques have become more sophisticated, in order to adapt to this development, self-balancing law came into being.Industry experts believe that the traditional method of data obtained test results have high credibility, reliability, but self-balancing method applied late in the Chinese project, the results of this test method has not been widely recognized, therefore, this paper will study the reliability of self-balancing test for pile bearing capacity. This paper conducted nine test pile vertical bearing capacity tests by traditional method and self-balancing method, testing the lateral friction, pile end reaction force variation with load and load-displacement curve. This paper used statistical theory to systemically study. The main contents of this paper are as follows:We carried out the vertical bearing capacity test of the Mulan Songhua River Bridge’s one test pile, Yanji Buerhatong River Juzi Street Bridge’s one test pile and Nen River Bridge’s one test pile, and measured limit lateral friction, the reaction force of pile end and the carrying capacity of the pile;We carried out the self-balancing test of the north shore line Songhua River Bridge’s three test piles, Mulan Songhua River Bridge’one test pile Yanji Buerhatong River Juzi Street Bridge’s one test pile and Nen River Bridge’s one test pile, and measured limit lateral friction, the reaction force of pile end and the carrying capacity of the pile; We used the chauvenet criterion to remove the error test data, and used the statistical theory to analyze the extreme side friction and pile bearing capacity which tested out by self-balancing method, and analysed the reliability of the method.Through the research, the following conclusions are made:(1) The actual test of three traditional static pressure method, five root self balancing method, the limit of the test pile side friction and the vertical bearing capacity.(2) By x1 test inspection known for limit of the static load test of pile side friction values with the self-balancing method measured the ultimate side friction of pile foundation test measured values of the ratio of the statistical distribution is normal distribution, namely~(0.95, 0.95) of the normal distribution function. Assurance rate was 95%, the value of 1.27.(3) When the confidence level of 0.95, static load test and pile foundation bearing capacity value obtained from the equilibrium method test pile foundation bearing capacity the ratio of the measured values, the confidence level for the confidence interval of 1-α is (0.782,0.977).
