【摘要】 小城镇是城市和农村之间的关键纽带,小城镇的建设关系到我国城镇化的推进,然而现在的小城镇为追求经济增长,盲目向外扩张建城,试图以快速的工业化进程来带动小城镇的发展,但这严重破坏了当地的自然生态环境。另外,小城镇的规划布局逐渐受到大城市建设模式的影响,机械的功能分区改变了原有的城镇肌理,拆旧立新的建设模式使得小城镇建设同质化问题加重,这导致小城镇丧失特有的景观风貌,以千城一面的结局收场。新型城镇化指出小城镇建设的新方向,小城镇建设应保留当地特色风貌,留住青山绿水,发展记得住乡愁的城镇化。本文研究国外慢城运动,提出将慢城当做是一种新的城镇发展模式,其主旨是保留小城镇的原有风貌,促进具有地方特色的小城镇的建设。通过小城镇的慢城规划建设,逐步实现居民价值观的更新、本土文化的重塑、城镇环境质量的提升、城镇代谢节奏的调整和居民身体素质的提升。本文对国内外慢城发展经验进行总结分析,结合我国小城镇特有的浓厚历史氛围和城镇肌理,创新提出通过恢复里、坊、市空间,以慢游、慢生活、慢行、慢运动的手段,形成特色慢城布局,来留住小镇的记忆,解决我国小城镇建设问题。将绥滨县作为研究对象,以慢城理念为依据,指导小城镇的总体规划,通过慢游系统和慢行系统的设计,来实现慢城用地布局模式,为以后小城镇的规划提供依据,促进小城镇走可持续发展之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Small towns is the key link between urban and rural areas. In our country, the construction of small towns is related to the advancement of urbanization. Outward expansion of construction of small towns in order to get economic development. They try to rapid industrialization to promote the development of small towns. The practice had damaged the local natural ecological environment. The planning layout of small towns is affected by big city construction mode. Function division has changed the original urban texture. It makes the construction of small towns homogeneity problem serious to make a new one instead the old one. This led to a loss of small towns unique landscapes. New urbanization points out that the new direction for the construction of small towns. Small towns construction should retain local characteristics and beautiful country scene. It need a new urbanization development to remember his homesickness.In this paper, we study the foreign slow city movement. Slow city is put forwad as a kind of new town development model. Its theme is retained the original style and features of small towns. It also can promote the construction of small towns with local characteristics. Slow city planning can update the values of residents, reshape native culture, Improve the quality of urban environment, adjust the metabolic rhythm of town, improve the residents’physical quality.In this paper, summarize and analyze the slow city development experience at home and abroad. Design combining with the characteristic of the small town in our country strong historical atmosphere and urban skin texture. By means of slow travel, slow life, slow traffic and slow motion to keep the memory of town. This paper creatively put forward "Li, Fang, Shi" space to solve the problem of small town construction. In this paper, make the town of Suibin as the research object. Based on slow city concept, to guide the overall planning of small towns. Through the system and slow slow the system design to realize slow city land layout patterns. It provide the reference for the planning of small towns, and promote the sustainable development of small towns.更多还原
