【摘要】 推拿疗法立足于临床,集预防、治疗、康复、保健于一体,历经千年而不衰绝,而且具有廉便效验、适用范围广等众多优势,但经过系统研究推拿古代文献,得知该学科基础理论薄弱,现行的中医基础理论对推拿临床的指导缺乏较好的针对性,《内经》提出的关于推拿疗法的某些治疗思想及法则,并未得到重视和普及,这也成为影响该学科生存和发展的重要原因。因此,梳理《内经》有关推拿疗法的相关论述,并对其进行系统研究,既具有理论意义,又具有临床价值。本文主要采用文献研究与理论探讨相结合的研究方法,简略建构了推拿疗法基础理论的大致框架,从推拿疗法的发展过程、作用原理、临床应用等几个方面进行了论述,并构建了推拿疗法确立的思维方法及理论基础,总结了推拿疗法的优势,提出了对现代临床的启示,为进一步更完整更系统建构推拿疗法的基础理论打下了一定的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Massage therapy is based on the clinical that functions as prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and health care. Since it is economical, convenient, effective and extensively applicable, it has survived thousands of years with strong vitality. But systematic review of ancient literature massage shows weak theory foundation of the discipline that the current basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine lacks effective and targeted guide for clinical massage therapy and some thoughts and laws regarding massage therapy put forward in Nei Jing does not get deserved attention and popularity, which has also become an significant influence for its survival and the development. Therefore, carding and systematically studying related discussion of massage therapy in Nei Jing shows both theoretical significance and clinical value.In this paper, combination of literature research and theoretical discussion was adopted to establish a brief general framework of the basic theory of massage therapy and we explored the development process, mechanism and clinical applications of massage therapy; built thinking ways and theoretical basis established by massage therapy; summarized advantages of massage and raised guidance for modern clinical treatment, which laid foundation for the further construction of a more systematic basis of massage therapy theory.更多还原
