【摘要】 城镇化与农业现代化是我国现代化发展的必由之路,城镇化的发展可以促进农业现代化的快速发展,而农业现代化的发展又为城镇化的进一步发展提供基础支撑。两者的关系如下:农业现代化的相关成果为城镇化发展提供物质基础条件,剩余的农村劳动力为城镇化的进程提供生产保障,剩余的农产品和闲散的农业资金为城镇化发展提供生活发展保障;同时城镇化的发展进一步增大吸纳农村剩余劳动力的能力,农村剩余劳动力在创造财富的同时增强技能素质的培养,对进一步推广农业先进科学技术和进一步推广农业机械,培育科技型新农民,建设新农村,实现农业现代化的强有力推动。加快推动实现城镇化与农业现代化的良好协调发展,不仅对促进工业化、城镇化、农业现代化、信息化整个“四化”发展起着重要作用,更关系到我国全面建成小康社会的重大战略决策。基于此本论文首先对城镇化与农业现代化的相关理论进行分析,阐述有关城镇化与农业现代化协调发展的研究成果;其次通过深入分析河南省城镇化与农业现代化的现状,找出城镇化与农业现代化发展中存在的问题;然后建立城镇化与农业现代化相关指数指标,通过协调度相关模型,对河南省城镇化与农业现代化协调发展程度进行定性分析,通过2000年-2012年连续十三年的数据分析表明:2000年-2007年河南省城镇化与农业现代化发展基本处于初级协调状态,2008年以后逐步迈入中级协调状态,可以得出河南省城镇化与农业现代化“两化”协调在这十三年的发展中取得了一定的成绩,但是总体上还处在协调发展的中级阶段,距离良好协调、优质协调还有很大的进步空间。最后通过对阻碍河南省城镇化与农业现代化协调发展的原因进行分析,进而提出促使河南省城镇化与农业现代化协调发展的应对策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urbanization and agricultural modernization is the only way of China’s modernization development.The development of urbanization promote agricultural modernization, which can be basic support of the former on the contrary. The relationship between the two is mainly manifested as: the relative outcomes of agriculture get to be the most important martial condition of urbanization; surplus agricultural labor guarantee the urban produce process; the rest of products and capital ensure the urban life development. As the same time, the development of urbanization strengthen its ability to absorb surplus agricultural labor, which can improve their skill quality during creating wealth. All of those powerfully promote the advanced science and technology, and machinery of agriculture, cultivate scientific farmer, built new village, and finally achieve agricultural modernization. To accelerate good coordination and development of urbanization and agricultural modernization plays an important role in promoting industrialization, urbanization, agricultural modernization and informatization even the whole "four modernizations", also has positive significance to build the moderately prosperous society.This paper firstly analyzed the theory on the urbanization and agricultural modernization, elaborated the research results about the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization; secondly, through deep analysis to the present situation of urbanization and modernization of agriculture in Henan province, discovered the existent problem during the development of urbanization and agricultural modernization; and then established related index of urbanization and agriculture modernization, through the correlation model of coordination, makes a qualitative analysis to the coordinated development level of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Henan province. It has been showed by the data analysis in consecutive thirteen years, from 2000 to 2012: The urbanization and agricultural modernization of Henan Province in 2000-2007 years, is basically on the primary coordination development state, after 2008,gradually entering into the intermediate state of coordination. It can draw that Henan Province has made some achievements on the urbanization and agricultural modernization coordination in these thirteen years, but on the whole, it is still on the middle stage of the coordinated development; there is still much room to improvement to achieve good coordination. Finally by analyzing the reason of hindering the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Henan province, this paper proposed countermeasures of prompting the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Henan province.更多还原
