大跨度预应力混凝土连续刚构桥施工仿真与控制分析

【摘要】 预应力混凝土连续刚构桥由于其良好的受力特点以及相对成熟的施工技术成为桥梁设计者推荐的主要桥型之一,而在预应力混凝土连续刚构桥悬臂施工过程中,已建成梁段的线形在后期施工中是难以调整的。因此为了保证桥梁的顺利合龙及成桥线形满足设计要求,同时成桥内力控制在设计容许范围内,必须对桥梁施工过程进行控制。因此对连续刚构桥施工阶段进行仿真与控制的分析显得极为重要。该文以芜湖市弋江桥改建工程为依托,采用桥梁专业软件MIDAS CIVIL进行仿真模拟分析,通过模拟施工阶段对其应力、线形以及关键施工技术进行分析研究,主要完成了以下几个方面的内容:首先讨论了几种常用施工过程模拟方法,并选取合适的模拟方法;对仿真参数进行了敏感性分析,得到施工过程中需要重点把控敏感性参数,其次介绍了桥梁施工过程中控制误差分析以及参数修正理论,并以此为依据建立合适的监控系统对桥梁进行应力和线形的施工监控,根据立模标高控制原理给出了合适的预拱度;然后简述了桥梁稳定性理论,并对桥梁施工最大悬臂阶段进行稳定性分析,得出了影响最大悬臂稳定性的主要荷载;最后讨论了桥梁施工合龙阶段的顶推技术,包括顶推施工工艺和控制原则,并结合实例进行验证。
【Abstract】 Because of the good mechanical characteristics and relatively mature construction technology,the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge has been one of the main bridge that bridge designers recommend.During the cantilever construction the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge,the beam axis shape of formed blocks can not be regulated,during the next constructions.For the construction of the bridge is right and the beam axis shape is exactitude for the design,and the internal force of the beam is appeased by design request,the bridge construction process must be controlled.So the construction simulation and control of continuous rigid frame bridge can be very important.This paper based on Yi Jiang bridge in Wuhu city introduces simulation analysis by the bridge professional software Midas Civil.It has fulfilled content as following by analyzing stress and linear and the key construction technology through construction stage simulation. Firstly several common construction process simulation method is discussed,Then the appropriate method is chosen out,and the simulation parameters are sensitivity analysed to get the sensitivity parameters which must be control in construction process.Secondly error control analysis and parameter correction in bridge construction control process are introduced,And proper monitoring and control system that monitors bridge construction linear and stress are built,Then we get a proper prestressing camber based on the control principe of template.Thirdly the bridge stability theory is briefly described,And the stability of bridge in the largest cantilever stage is analysed to get the key load which is of influence.Lastly jacking technology in folded construction stage is discussed,which includes jacking craft and control principle.And it has been applied into the actual project.
