霸州供电公司农网无功自动补偿系统设计与实践

【摘要】 节约能源已经成为我国经济发展需要重点关注的问题之一,在电力系统中实现合理的电压无功控制,既是保证高质量的电能的需要,又能够降低电网损耗,有助于保障电网的安全稳定运行。本文对霸州农网现状进行了分析研究,构建一套符合霸州农网无功自动补偿系统。主要工作如下:阐述了霸州农网无功自动补偿的系统功能需求、以及设计原则,其次应用三级协调控制策略,解决无功平衡就地补偿、不同地区电压无功能否关联控制等问题,最后采用经典的区域电网模型进行了仿真说明,表明无功自动补偿系统设计的必要性。结合霸州电网已经存在的OPEN-3000调度自动化系统平台,首先给出霸州电网电压无功控制系统的硬件和软件配置结构,根据电网的实际情况,并对控制算法做了优化调整。最后对通信系统、无功电压安全控制策略等系统进行了设计,为霸州供电公司农网无功自动补偿系统的实现提供了依据。首先介绍了AVC控制系统自动调节的特点,其次说明了本系统实施的状态设置、报表程序实现、事故封锁处理、通信系统的实施,接着对本系统进行了多项功能测试,以及实际运行测试,最后分析了霸州供电公司农网无功自动补偿系统运行的经济效益。本文所设计并实施的霸州供电公司农网无功自动补偿系统,解决无功平衡就地补偿、不同地区电压无功关联控制,成功实现霸州农网全网的实时闭环控制本地的无功电压,进一步提高了霸州电网调度自动化水平,全面保障电网的安全稳定运行。

【Abstract】 Energy conservation is an important task for our economy and society. Effective voltage control and reasonable reactive power compensation is not only to ensure the voltage quality, but also reduce the grid power consumption,and keep the grid stability. This paper analyzed the current situation of Bazhou rural power and built a reactive automatic compensation system. The main work is as follows:(1) Automatic voltage and reactive power system design theory analysis.Describe the system functional requirements, as well as design principles Bazhou rural network reactive automatic compensation. Further according to the actual situation of the grid, the control algorithm is optimized adjustment. Finally, the classic model of the regional power grid simulation shows the necessity of reactive power automatic compensation system design.(2) The design of reactive power automatic compensation system architecture.Combining the existing OPEN-3000 dispatching automation system platform of Bazhou grid, first the overall hardware and software architecture of the grid automatic voltage control system is shown. Secondly, the principle of hierarchical partition space to make reactive power balance regional presence, dispersion and time associated with such issues in the operation are solved. Finally, communication systems, reactive power and voltage control strategy security system have been designed. The design basis for Bazhou rural network reactive automatic compensation system is provided(3) A detailed description of the application and its operating cost Bazhou county-level city grid AVC system.First introduced the characteristics of AVC control system automatically adjust. Next, a description of the status of the implementation of the system set up, reporting program implementation, accident blocked the implementation of the processing, communication systems. Then several of the system functional testing, as well as the actual running test are shown. Finally, f the rural power supply company Bazhou reactive automatic compensation system operation cost is analysis.In this paper, the design and implementation of Bazhou rural power supply company reactive automatic compensation system achieve the reasonable investment of reactive power compensation equipment, and the real-time closed-loop optimization of reactive power and voltage control. Thus further improving the Bazhou dispatching automation level, and the overall quality of the grid voltage.
