电压无功控制系统(AVC)在电力系统中的应用分析

【摘要】 电力系统及电力企业的基本目标是安全、优质、经济地向用户提供电能,而电压是电能质量重要指标之一,保证电压合格对保证电力系统安全可靠运行、用户安全生产及提高电器设备使用寿命,具有十分重要的意义。电力系统无功源的合理配置与无功潮流的合理分布对保证电压质量具有决定性的作用,故自动电压无功控制装置和软件已然成为提高变电站电压质量及减轻运维人员负担非常重要的手段。在现行的自动电压无功控制装置及软件中,被最广泛使用的是在变电站端安装当地VQC软件或控制装置,该控制装置的工作原理绝大部分是利用九区图法。此外,近几年来也出现了一种根据专家系统基本思想,利用调控中心调度自动化系统的四遥功能,对区域电压无功进行调节并被安装于调控中心的集中电压无功控制系统,该控制系统的缺点是对调控自动化系统的可靠性要求非常严格,需要考虑足够的安全措施。本文主要针对电力系统电压无功管理与控制存在的相关问题,基于对电压无功控制系统(AVC)技术及控制策略的研究,针对自动电压控制系统(AVC)在电力系统实际运行中存在的问题和弊端,提出了修改控制策略、改变参数设置等相关方案,并对改进后控制系统运行效果进行跟踪分析。可使AVC系统运行更合理有效,从而达到提高电网运行效益、降低调控员工作强度、保障电网安全稳定运行的实际效果。同时,本文以浙江省杭州市余杭区电力系统为例,分析了上述AVC控制系统改善措施及方案的实实际运行效果,进一步验证理论方法的实践意义。
【Abstract】 The basic goal of the power system and power enterprises is the safety, quality, economic power to the users, while the voltage-is one of the important indicators of power quality, ensure voltage quality to ensure the safe and reliable operation of power systems, the user safety and improve the service life of electrical devices, has a very important significance. The rational allocation of reactive power sources and power flow distribution to ensure the voltage quality has a decisive role, so the automatic voltage has become to improve voltage quality and reduce the burden of substation operation and maintenance personnel is very important means of reactive power control devices and software. In the automatic voltage and reactive power control device and the software, is the most widely used VQC software is installed or local control device in the substation, the working principle of the control device is the use of the vast majority of nine zone diagram method. In addition, in recent years there is a basic idea of expert system based on the four distance functions, the use of dispatching automation system control center, voltage regulation and reactive power centralized control center is arranged on the reactive power control system of voltage, the control system is very strict requirements on the reliability of control automation system, the need to consider the enough safety measures.In this paper, the power system reactive power related problems of management and control, reactive power control system based on voltage (AVC) technique and control strategy, aiming at the automatic voltage control system (AVC) problems and defects in the actual operation of the power system, a modified control strategy and parameter setting related programs, and to track and analyze the running effect of the improved system control can make the AVC system more reasonable and effective, so as to improve the operation efficiency, reduce theory intensity of power regulation, guarantee the actual effect of safe and stable operation of the grid. At the same time, this paper takes Yu-hang district electric power system in Hangzhou city of Zhejiang Province as an example, analysis of the actual effect of improvement measures and schemes of the AVC control system, to further verify the theory and method of practical significance.
