电力变压器油相色谱在线监测技术的应用研究

【摘要】 基于油中溶解气体的色谱分析是监测变压器内部故障的重要方法。随着目前国家电网的迅猛发展,此项技术也在不断改进,色谱分析的在线监测方法的研究也越来越受到关注。变压器在线监测已经越来越为人们所重视,在线监测的准确率将逐渐提高,并将完全取代定期巡检。这不仅能在经济上减少变压器定期检修及事故维修的费用,而且能够保证电网安全运行的可靠性。实行变压器在线监测是变压器检测的必然趋势,也将进一步推动变电站自动化程度的提高。本文在总结近年国内相关研究现状的基础上,研究分析绝缘油中气体产生机理、气体种类与变压器故障类型的关系,分析目前广泛应用的常规监测方法的不足及其产生原因;研究变压器油中气体色谱分析在线监测原理,研究可行性及稳定性和精确度;探索并提出一种基于分布式传感器技术,适应于北京电网智能站现状的油色谱在线监测系统,将气相色谱监测与变压器故障监测及控制方式进行了有效结合,并在变电站中进行实际应用;对应用效果进行评价,并根据评价结果对油浸变压器油色谱在线监测装置的功能进行完善。本文最后结合SFSZ型变压器阐述了设计的变压器油气在线色谱监测的分布式传感器控制系统,并结合北京某地区变压器说明其性能,通过数据表明所提方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 Chromatography based on dissolved gas in oil analysis is an important method for internal fault monitoring of transformer. With the rapid development of the national grid at present, this technology is also in constant improvement; on line monitoring method of chromatographic analysis is also more and more attention. Transformer on-line monitoring has been paid more and more attention to, the accuracy rate of online monitoring will gradually increase, and will completely replace the regular inspection. This not only reduces the transformer maintenance and accident repair costs in the economy, but also ensures the safe operation of the power grid reliability. The implementation of online monitoring of power transformer is the inevitable trend of the transformer test, will also further promotes the improvement of automation of substation.This thesis mainly studies the relationship between the analysis of gases dissolved in insulation oil producing mechanism, gas species and the transformer fault types, analysis the reasons of the lack of routine monitoring; analysis of on-line monitoring principle of gas chromatograph of transformer oil, the study of the feasibility and stability and accuracy; to explore a adapt to the Beijing power grid intelligent station oil chromatographic on-line monitoring system, and the actual application in substation; evaluation of application effect, and spectrum on-line monitoring device for oil immersed transformer oil to improve the function of. Transformer on-line monitoring has been more and more people pay attention to, the accuracy rate of online monitoring will gradually increase, and will completely replace the regular inspection. This can not only reduce the transformer regular maintenance and accident repair costs in the economy, but also can ensure the safe operation of the power grid reliability. The implementation of on-line monitoring of transformer is the inevitable trend of transformer detection, and will also further promote the improvement of the degree of substation automation.Combining with transformer type SFSZ control system is introduced for distributed sensor transformer oil and gas chromatography on-line monitoring design, combined with a Beijing area transformer to illustrate its performance, the effectiveness of the data shows that the proposed method.
