【摘要】 随着我国工程造价管理制度进一步与世界接轨,造价管理已不是传统意义上的预结算工作,它涵盖了从决策、设计、招投标、施工及竣工等各阶段的全方位、全过程的计价管理。特别是近几年国家拉动内需大规模项目的实施,如何控制工程造价,保证建设投资真正用在实处,是工程造价管理者面临的新课题。本文以建设项目工程造价全过程管理与控制为研究对象,系统分析了目前我国建设项目造价管理的现状及存在的缺陷,阐述了建设项目全过程造价管理相关理论,从建设项目的投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段及竣工结算审核结算等不同阶段的角度出发,阐述了W建设项目实施过程中各阶段工程造价管理的方法和控制的要点,最后对W建设项目工程造价全过程管理与控制作出了相应的绩效评价,并结合W建设项目提出了全过程造价管理的相关建议,从而肯定了建立全过程工程造价管理的必要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the engineering cost management system in China and the world further, cost management is not in the traditional sense of the work of clearing, it covers everything from decision-making, design, bidding, construction and completion of each phase of the all-round, the whole process of valuation management. The implementation of the national stimulating domestic demand in recent years, large-scale projects, in particular, how to control the project cost, guarantee the construction investment in real practice, is a new task faced by the project cost management.Based on the construction project whole process engineering cost management and control as the research object, the system analysis of the current our country construction project cost management present situation and existing defects, this paper expounds the whole process of construction project cost management related theory, from the construction project investment decision-making stage, design stage, bidding stage, construction stage and completion settlement audit settlement at different stages of perspective, this paper expounds the W in the process of the construction project implementation method of each stage of the project cost management and control, the main points of the final project whole process engineering cost management and control on construction W has made the corresponding performance evaluation, and combining the W construction project whole process cost management of the relevant Suggestions were put forward, which affirmed the necessity of establish the whole process of project cost management.更多还原
