风力发电接入微电网技术研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的发展,各行各业对电能需求量越来越大,与此同时,电网规模也越来越大,新建电厂数目越来越多。目前大电网存在着可靠性低、造价高,与之配套的传统发电设备价格昂贵、污染环境,且占地面积大等问题。风力发电设备价格相对较低,所占地面积小,但利用风力所发电能的电压很不稳定,不能直接并入电网;且输出功率小,供电面积小,所供负荷也不能太大。为了解决以上问题,2001年美国首先提出了微电网这一概念。微电网可以与外部电网并网运行,也可以不与外部电网有任何连接,是独立的微电网。与外部电网并网运行的微电网存在孤网、并网两种运行模式。本文以风力发电接入微电网技术及其控制作为研究方向。首先根据风力发电原理得出其等效电路图并用MATLAB/SIMULINK进行建模,验证仿真的可行性,再将两者组合到一起,建立整个风力发电接入微电网模型,通过仿真得出风力发电机并网最佳条件,然后对孤岛检测法进行仿真,验证该方法的有效性。本文提出风力发电机相同容量、DG数量不同时并网两者暂态过程基本一致的假设,并通过MATLAB/SIMULINK来验证;建立微电网控制策略研究仿真,验证该策略能否有效控制微电网的波动。
【Abstract】 With the development of our country’s economy, the demand of electricity in all walks of life is growing fast, at the same time, the size of grid is becoming more and more large, and more and more new power plants is being built. At present the power grid exist many problems such as low reliability, high cost, and form a complete set of traditional power generation equipment is expensive, environmental pollution, and large area covering. Wind power equipments’ price is relatively low and covering a small area. But wind power generation voltage is not very stable, so it can’t be directly incorporated into the power grid; and due to its small output power, the power supply area is small, and its supplied load can’t too big.In order to solve these problems, the United States put first step to put forward a concept of micro grid in 2001. Micro grid can interconnect with external power grid, and also could be no connection with external power grid as an independence grid. There are two kinds of operation mode in the micro grid which has operation of external power grid: isolated network and connected network. This paper focus on micro grid and wind power technology access control. First, based on the principle of wind power and its equivalent circuit modeling with MATLAB / SIMULINK, to verify the feasibility of simulation, and then combine them to establish access to the entire wind power and micro grid model simulation, with the simulation of wind power machine and network could obtain optimum conditions, and simulate the islanding detection method, verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. This paper put forward an assumption of the same number of DG wind generator capacity and grid connected both transient process consistent hypothesis, and verify it through MATLAB / SIMULINK; establish micro grid control strategy simulation, verified the strategy can or not effectively control the fluctuation of microgrid.
