【摘要】 刘师培一生短暂,从小秉承家学,学识丰厚,虽生于经学世家,但对伦理思想研究独特。他的著作《伦理教科书》是近代伦理思想的集合体,体现了近代全新的伦理观；也是近代意义上的第一本伦理思想著作。书中内容丰富,但由于时间与精力的缘故,本文只着重研究刘师培的家族伦理思想。文章共分五个部分,第一章绪论部分,介绍刘师培的生平、伦理著作、后人对他的评价,及本文的研究现状与研究思路。第二章《伦理教科书》概说部分,介绍该书的时代背景、写作背景、基本内容和主要特征。第三章家族伦理,该章围绕传统家族伦理秩序的建设基础而展开,分别论述了家族伦理中的三种主要关系：父子关系、夫妇关系、兄弟关系。他意识到每种关系都受到政治形态的作用而被权威者利用,这完全曲解了儒家的真精神。通过对比其中的差异性,刘师培希望构建一个没有统治阶级意志的家族伦理关系。第四章转换与调适,解析刘师培对传统家族伦理秩序有怎样的认同,又是如何融合中西学理对传统家族伦理重新阐释并加以调适的。他宣扬民主、自由、权利义务对等(互尽其伦)的伦理思想,这是具有近代意义的新式家族伦理秩序,推动了伦理思想的进步与传播。第五章结语,纵观刘师培一生,虽受历史与革命影响,自身又有一定局限性,导致其对家族伦理改造的不彻底,但不能否认他对伦理思想的敏锐洞察,走在时代思想前沿,为家族伦理开辟了一条全新的道路,其历史地位应该予以肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Liu Shi-pei has a short life,inherites the family edcation from childhood,and has rich knowledge.Although he was born in a Confucian classics studies family,but his study on ethical thought is unique.His book "Ethical textbook" is the collection of modern ethical thought,embodies the modern new ethics,is also the modern sense of the first book on ethics.The book is rich in content,but because of the time and effort,this paper only focuses on Liu Shi-pei’s family ethical thought.This paper is divided into five parts,the first chapter is the introduction part,Introduces Liu’s life and ethical book,later generations for his evaluation,and the research status and research ideas of this paper.The second chapter "Ethical textbook" prevue part,Introduces the time background,writing background,the basic content and main features of the book.The third chapter "family ethics",the chapter centres on the construction basis of traditional family ethic order,this paper respectively discusses three main relationship in the family ethics:relationship between father and son,relationship between husband and wife, relationship between brothers.He realized that each relationship is the role of political ideology and used by the authority,this is completely distorted the true spirit of Confucianism.By comparing the differences, Liu hopes to build a family ethics relationship with no ruling class’s will.The fourth chapter "transformation and adjustment",analysises Liu’s identification of the traditional family ethics order,and how to combine Chinese and western theories of the traditional family ethics to interpretation and adjustment,He promotes democracy,freedom,equal rights and obligations(each other as Aaron) of ethical thought.This is the new family ethics with modern significance,promotes the progress and spread of ethical thought.The fifth chapter is conclusion,throughout Liu’s life,although influenced by history and revolution,and his certain limitations leads to the incomplete of family ethics reconstruction,but we can’t deny his keen insight of ethics,front ahead of idea.He opened up a new path for the family ethics,we should affirm its historical status.更多还原
