【摘要】 中华人民共和国成立后,中国共产党的角色和地位发生了根本变化。面对新的世情、国情和党情,毛泽东就如何避免脱离群众,克服党内滋生的官僚主义作风等问题,如何始终保持与人民群众的密切联系,利用执政优势更好的为人民服务,做了深入的思考,对广大党员干部如何全心全意为人民服务提出了新要求,赋予了其新的时代内涵。本文从追溯毛泽东全心全意为人民服务思想的历史渊源出发,梳理其发展历程,探寻为人民服务思想的理论基础和深刻内涵,探讨建国后毛泽东全心全意为人民服务思想的新发展,具体体现为:扩大为人民服务的主体范围、凸显人民群众的主人翁地位、将“为人民服务”作为培养和选拔干部的标准、结合新的实践对践行为人民服务提供指导等。建国后毛泽东对全心全意为人民服务思想的发展,产生了积极的影响:不断凝聚力量,恢复和发展了国内经济;克服党内官僚主义和腐败问题,巩固了新生政权的稳定;密切了党群关系,为新时期广大党员干部如何执政指明了方向。习近平指出:中国共产党要坚持执政为民,人民对美好生活的向往就是我们的奋斗目标。广大党员干部要为人民服务,担当起该担当的责任。当前,我国正处于全面深化改革和全面建成小康社会的新时期,高举并践行全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动,对指导新时期党风廉政建设、和谐社会建设,实现社会公平正义、使人民共享改革发展成果、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有重大的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the founding of new China, fundamental role of the CPC changes and becomes the ruling party of the national party. Facing with the new mood of global、national and party,Mao wanted to avoid alienating from the masses and overcome breeding problems of bureaucracy within the party, how to maintain closer contacts with the people, using his advantage to better serve the people. Thought it did, Mao Zedong Proposed new requirements of vast numbers of party members how toserve the people wholeheartedly, gives it a new connotation of the times.In this paper, trace the history of Mao Zedong’s thought of serving the origin and combing the history of its development, pursue the oretical foundation of the thought of serving the people wholeheartedly, and explore the profound meaning of the serving. Further discussion after the founding of the new development of MAO Zedong thought in serving the people wholeheartedly, such as: the subject scope of serving the people, the persistence of the socialist country of the people’s sovereignty thought and will "serve the people" as the basic requirement of the successors of the socialist cause, etc.After the Foundation country, the development of Mao Zedong’s thought to serve the people wholeheartedly, have had a positive impact: to constantly consolidate our strength and recovery and develop the domestic economy; overcome the problem of bureaucracy and corruption in the party and consolidate the stability of the new regime; Close party-masses relationship and points out the direction for the broad masses of party members how to manage the country in the new period.Xi Jinping pointed out, the Communist Party of China to adhere to assuming power for the people, people’s yearning for a better life is our goal.
