【摘要】 社区是一个生活共同体,是人们参与社会生活的重要载体。随着经济和社会的发展,人们越来越依赖社区,社区建设的地位与作用也日渐凸显。城市社区公共服务作为社区建设的重要内容,不仅关系居民生活质量,也关系社会的稳定和谐。经过数十年的探索和实践,国内城市社区公共服务取得了长足发展,也总结出一系列成功经验,但还不能有效满足人们内心的期盼。同时,与西方发达国家城市社区公共服务相比,还存在较大差距,还需要优化改善。因此,优化城市社区公共服务供给成为城市建设无法回避的话题,意义十分重大。本文从城市社区公共服务的研究背景、基本内容、基础理论等问题着眼,形成了对研究对象的整体性认识和把握,构建了现状阐述、问题与原因分析、提出对策的研究路线。在理论基础上,选取南昌市W社区为考察对象,通过实地调研提取有效信息,全面透视和分析了南昌市W社区公共服务的基本现状、现实问题,并总结剖析了问题产生的根源,通过以小见大、个别到一般,揭示城市社区公共服务存在的普遍困境。在探索分析南昌市W社区公共服务的制约因素后,通过借鉴国外先进经验和国内优秀典型的比较研究,总结出一般性规律和启示,提出城市社区公共服务供给的优化路径,以期为改善城市社区公共服务供给提供有一定价值的建议,推动城市社区公共服务建设持续健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a living community, the community is an important carrier for people to participate in social life. With the development of social laws and economic growth, people are increasingly dependent on the community. Therefore, the status and role of community building have become more prominent. The community service in the urban areas, an important element of community building, concerns both the living quality of urban dwellers and the stability and harmony of the society.The community public service in the urban area of China, after decades of exploration and practice, has made great development, summed up an array of successful experiences, which, however, can not satisfy people’s sincere expectations. Meanwhile, the community public service in the urban area, compared to that of the western developed countries, is greatly lagged behind, and in dire need of improvement and optimization. To optimize the community service in the city is an unavoidable topic for the city construction with great significance.This paper, with focuses on the research background, basic elements, and fundamental theories of the community public service in the urban area, has holistically understood and seized the research target, and made a research line of elaborating the current situation, analyzing the issues and their causes, and proposing solutions. With the W community in Nanchang city as the research target, this paper, on basis of theories and the useful information extracted from the field research, comprehensively sees through and analyzes the current situation and practical issues of the W community public service in Nanchang city, sums up and analyses the root causes of these issues, and reveals the general dilemma of community public service in urban area through the method of from the small to large and from the individual to general. After exploring and analyzing the factors constraining the W community public service in Nanchang city, the paper, through making references to the foreign advanced experience and the comparative research of domestic superior models, sums up the general principles and enlightenment, proposes the methods to optimize the community public service in urban areas, with the aim to offer valuable advice to improve the community public service in urban areas, and promote the sustainable and sound development of the community public service in urban areas.更多还原
