【摘要】 2013年,彭丽媛陪同习近平主席对俄罗斯等四国进行了正式访问,她的首度亮相被寄予了大量的关注,其关注点包括“第一夫人”的穿着、举止、言谈及具体开展的各项访问活动。“夫人外交”这一不常出现在国内外交领域的词汇顿时热议不减。对于在传播全球化时代的今天,作为一种特定的外交方式,中国“夫人外交”的运用与传播正逐渐为树立中国大国形象发挥着重要作用。本文以公共外交的特殊形式——“夫人外交”为重点研究对象,通过分析公共外交理论知识,着重研究“夫人外交”的属性、历史沿革、成功案例及在我国的发展程度,总结概括出“夫人外交”对中国国家形象的建构与传播所起到的影响和作用。文章的第一部分主要是对核心概念的一个界定。作为公共外交的一种特殊形式,“夫人外交”与公共外交有着十分密切的联系。因此要界定“夫人外交”,首先要明确公共外交的起源、定义及内涵。通过对公共外交相关概念的梳理,文章整理总结出“夫人外交”的相关概念及属性特点,为下文的论述奠定了理论基础。文章的第二部分主要为国家形象建构基础理论。作为公众外交的一种,“夫人外交”的成果将直接或间接地影响一国的国家形象。这一章节着重对国家形象的含义、作用及国家形象在建构过程中所需的要素、所采用的途径等理论点进行了阐述,从而为分析具备公共外交属性的“夫人外交”对国家形象建构的影响提供充分的理论依据。文章的第三部分为本文核心所在。放眼国际外交舞台,“夫人外交”以其独特的外交属性及特定的外交领域对国家形象的提升起着不可或缺的作用。本章节通过回顾新中国成立以来“夫人外交”的发展历程、典型案例,从中发现中国“夫人外交”对国家形象建构中部分要素所产生的积极作用,为下文构建策略的提出提供依据。文章的最后一部分为“夫人外交”的构建策略。这一章节中,通过国内外“夫人外交”实例的比较,总结概括出不同地域与国家“夫人外交“的发展程度,概括出到我国“夫人外交”领域产生哪些不足,进一步提出构建策略及建议。更多还原

As a kind of public diplomacy, "Mrs. diplomacy" results will directly or indirectly affect the country’s image of a country. This chapter focuses on the connotation of the country’s image, national image construction of the required elements of the theory point, the image of the construction approach adopted by other countries were described, causing the relationship between public diplomacy and the construction of national image among the public for research special form of diplomacy-relations "Mrs. diplomacy" between the construction of national image provides a theoretical basis.The third part of this paper, the core position of the article.
