基于超材料的新型微带天线研究

【摘要】 超材料,指的是具有超凡物理特性的人工复合材料。通过对材料结构在关键物理尺寸上进行有序的设计,能够冲破某些表现自然规律的局限,从而得到超越自然界普通材料所固有的特性的超凡材料功能。随着科学技术和生产技术的发展,通过理论分析物理生产初步实现人工材料,有很多不同的结构与应用。如:左手材料和光子晶体等。超材料迅速地成为了国内外研究的一大热点,特别是在微波天线领域的应用研究。微带天线因为有着众多其它天线不具备的优点,在现代无线通信系统之中得到了广泛的应用,在移动通信、学校医院、军事安全等重要信息领域发挥着至关重要的作用。但同时,微带天线的工作频率偏窄、增益较低、易产生伪辐射等一些自身的缺点也对其性能更大限度的发挥产生了约束。由于新型超材料特异的性能,如若将其应用于微带天线便可以解决诸多目前无法攻克的难题,从而提高微带天线的性能,这为微带天线的研究与探索提供了一种新的思路。因此开展这方面的研究工作意义重大。本文主要展开了以下几方面的研究:首先对微带天线的原理和分析方法做了详细地介绍,给出了微带天线的性能参数和设计参量要求;其次对左手材料做了进行了简单的介绍和分析,基于其特点设计出了复合左右手传输线结构的微带天线;然后对光子晶体做了基本的介绍和对其特性进行了简单分析,设计出了一款光子晶体微带天线;最后结合光子晶体和左手材料各自的特性,将它们同时应用在微带天线的设计之中,设计出了光子晶体与开口谐振环异构天线。
【Abstract】 Metamaterials is defined as the artificial composed structure with extraordinary physical properties. Orderly design to the key physical scale struction in material can break through some restrictions of natural law to gain super functions which can exceed natural regular properties. With the development of craft and production technology, artificial metamaterial develops from the theoretical analysis at the beginning to physical production, many different struction and application appear, for example, left-handed materials and Photonic Crystal. Metamaterial rapidly becomes the international hot research topic. Especially in the field of microwave antenna.Microstrip antenna has been widely used in wireless communication system.But at the same time, the exertion of microstrip antenna’s greater performance was restricted by its shortcomings.Like with its Working frequency is narrow and antenna’s gain is low.The new metamaterials provide a good method in antenna miniaturization and high gain etc as its singular characteristics. Then many existing problems can be solved with applying new metamaterials to microstrip antenna, so the research in this area is of great significance. In this paper, the main research works are as follows:Firstly detailed introduce the principle and analysis method about microstrip antennas,put forward the performance parameters and design parameters of microstrip antenna requirements. Secondly make simple introduction and analysis on left hand materials,based on the characteristics, design out of the CRLH structure of microstrip antenna.Thirdly introduce photonic crystals and makes a simple analysis on its features then study the application of photonic crystal in some characteristics of the microstrip antenna,A photonic crystal microstrip antenna are designed. At last, design a Photonic crystals with resonant ring heterogeneous antenna based on combination with the characteristics of photonic crystals and left-handed materials.
