【摘要】 当代中国乡村经济精英是指,在市场经济环境下,通过合法手段,取得明显高于普通村民的经济成就,并得到村民认可,在村庄中拥有一定影响力的个体商户、私人企业主、种植养殖大户等,在学术界亦被称为富人、经济能人(能人)。乡村经济精英在经济领域取得成功后,基于自身经济利益需要、政治地位追求、回报乡里的愿望、乡镇政府的支持或是村民的期望等主客观理由,在国家政策的引导支持下,他们逐步走向政治领域,开始追求参政议政的机会,部分乡村经济精英通过选举,当选为村干部。就目前而言,乡村经济能人参与村治得到普遍认可,已经是一大不可逆转的趋势。本文以贵州省J村村支书王卫红为研究对象,采用政治社会学和田野调查的方法,通过对这位乡村经济精英参政历程的纵向的考察,详细描述了他是如何从一名普通农民变成为乡村经济精英,又是如何从乡村经济精英,向村权力中心发展,先后当选为村主任和村支书的。透过王支书的参政历程,分析乡村经济精英参政动机、途径以及治理效果,最后试探性的得出乡村经济精英参政治村的特点：第一,乡村经济精英参政治村具有功利性的特点；第二,乡村经济精英参政治村具有“依附性”。最后,笔者相信,随着市场经济体制的不断完善,经济发展逐步实现“去政治化”,经济精英对政府及其官员的“依附性”将会逐步消失,他们表达利益诉求的途径将得到更大发展；随着农村经济的发展,村民素质的提升,监督力度的加大,将利己思想治理村庄放在首位的乡村经济精英干部将会被淘汰,村民选举带头人的意向也不会再仅仅是能致富。更多还原

【Abstract】 Contemporary Chinese rural economic elites means that in a market economy environment, through legal means, achieved remarkable economic success than ordinary villagers, the villagers and get recognized, have a certain influence in the village of individual businesses, private entrepreneurs, plant breeding large, etc., also known in the academic world of the rich, the economic genius (genius).
