【摘要】 互联网的迅猛发展时刻变革着现代教育,教育信息化的进程势不可挡。在线教育是教育信息化的主要实现方式,以Web技术为主要支撑。十几年来,我国基础教育和高等教育的在线教育网站的建设一直在进行和发展。教育教学手段的个性化、教学资源的多样性与易获取性、教与学的互动性都在各教育网站上得到体现,在线教育平台的功能性正逐步发展完善。然而,在线教育平台的性能也需要得到足够的重视,它不仅决定了在线教育能否顺利完成,而且会对学习者的情绪、学习效率产生影响,最终影响教学质量。性能的问题是长期而隐蔽的,尽早的解决性能隐患对在线教育平台的运行与发展有着积极深远的意义。本文以华中师范大学职业与继续教育学院的在线教育系统为研究对象,深入剖析系统的架构与业务,利用性能测试、日志分析等手段分析系统性能缺陷,结合系统开发和运维的一些经验以及现有的研究成果对系统进行性能优化,试图找寻一套性能优化解决方案。首先,在性能优化之前,充分利用系统的日志数据和使用情况反馈,对性能问题的定位创造有利条件。第二,通过性能测试去验证性能问题,并对性能缺陷进行进一步的精确定位。第三,依据已有数据的分析,提出性能优化模型,开发了基于日志数据的可视化工具和硬件资源实时波动可视化工具来辅助系统性能优化。第四,以优化模型为基础实施性能调优过程,通过分层的方式对系统进行通用性优化,对特征业务进行分类优化,优化过程中时刻围绕前面定位的性能缺陷,结合性能测试,验证并调整调优效果。最后,比对优化前后的性能,衡量调优效果。结果表明,该调优模型是有效可行的,对类似的业务系统性能优化有指导作用。
【Abstract】 The rapid development of Internet changes the modern education constantly, making the process of education informationization overwhelming. As the main way to implement education informationization, online education is supported by Web related technology to a great extent. For decades, the construction of online education websites for basic education and higher education in our country has been conducting and developing incessantly. The personalized teaching methods, the great diversity and the easy accessibility of teaching resources and the interaction of teaching and learning are reflected thoroughly in the online education websites, and the function of the online education platform is gradually developing and perfecting. However, the performance of the online education platform is also needed to be taken seriously, because it not only determines the degree of smoothly completion of online education, but also has a negative effect on the learners’emotion and learning efficiency, thus ultimately deteriorate the teaching quality. Solving the performance problems which are long-term and hidden as soon as possible will have a positive far-reaching significance for the operation and development of online education platforms.This paper is based on the online education system of school of occupational and continuing education in central China normal university, and conduct a deep analysis on the system architecture and business. The research try to find a set of performance optimization solutions by using the performance test and log analysis methods to find the existing defect of the system, combining the experience of some systems development and operations as well as the existing research results on the system performance optimization. Firstly, we create favorable conditions for the positioning of performance problems by making full use of system log and usage condition before the performance optimization. Secondly, we verify the performance problems through the performance tests and further position pinpoint performance defects. Thirdly, the research comes forward a performance optimization model based on existing data analysis. And the real-time volatility visualization tool and hardware resources log data visualization tools was developed to help the implementation of performance optimization. Fourth, we conduct the general optimization based on optimization-model, by means of hierarchical strategy in the implementation of performance optimization and classify special businesses. In the processing of optimization, we conduct the performance test, verify and adjust the tuning effects concentrating on the previous positioned performance defects. Finally, we measure the effect of turning by comparing the performance with previous. The results show that the tuning model is feasible and effective, which is instructive for performance optimization of similar business systems.
