基于DPI宁夏铁通互联网智能运营系统的设计

【摘要】 随着电信行业的不断发展,运营商日益面临流量增长与利润增长的剪刀差问题,增量不增收会更加严重。同时,无限制的P2P业务、无监管的Vo IP业务对当前运营商带来的不仅是基本电信业务收入、带宽利用等威胁,而且随着高强度加密技术、P2P技术和IM技术的结合,给最终用户和电信网络带来多方位的安全威胁,进一步提高了电信运营企业安全管理的技术难度和成本。为了满足运营商宽带数据业务高速健康发展,需要建设基于DPI数据采集分析的流控分析系统,实现对互联网宽带用户行为分析,全局业务流量、P2P流量、游戏流量、VOIP流量、HTTP流量、UDP流量以及其它流量进行合理的管理、控制。基于以上情况,本论文研究的主要目的是为宁夏铁通公司建立一个统一的,以客户为中心的宽带网络精细化运营系统,为企业最大限度挖掘用户潜在价值,降低经营成本,实现效益经营提供一种运营支撑手段。本设计绪论部分介绍了互联网智能运营系统的国内外研究现状,以及本课题的研究意义。在宁夏铁通互联网智能运营系统的设计和实现部分,首先介绍了系统部署的整体方案、网络组织方案,流量采集方案,并在此基础上,重点阐述宁夏铁通互联网流量分析方案和系统功能架构的设计。第四部分重点对本系统所涵盖的宽带用户分析、专线客户分析、专项协议分析、用户价值评估、全网流量分析、网络热点分析和协议流量控制七个功能模块从功能设计、应用场景和操作演示等方面进行论述。最后一章主要介绍各功能模块的测试用例分析和测试结果。总之,本课题设计的宁夏铁通互联网智能运营系统具有较强的实用性,完全符合宁夏铁通互联网运营管理现状,解决了互联网用户的行为分析、大客户专线用户流量管理、出口流量控制等急需解决的问题,也为企业快速发展和良性经营提供了有力的支撑保障。

【Abstract】 Along with quick development of the telecommunication system, the amount of consumer and bandwidth both increased quickly, but the price scissors in data traffic growth and profit growth became more bigger. At the same time, P2 P business, unlimited unregulated VoIP business for the current operator is not only basic telecom business revenue, bandwidth and other threats, and with the combination of technology, P2 P technology and IM technology, high strength encryption, pose a security threat to the end user and multi position of telecom network, to further improve the safety management the technical difficulty and cost.In order to meet the broadband data service operators, the rapid and healthy development, need to build DPI data collection and analysis of the microfluidic analysis system based on system has been built,to achieve broadband Internet user behavior analysis, and the realization of a global business flow, P2 P flow, the flow of the game VOIP flow, HTTP flow, UDP flow, flow and other reasonable management, control.Based on the above, the main purpose of this thesis is to establish a unified Ningxia CTT, take the customer as the center of the broadband network fine operation system, mining user potential value for enterprises to maximize the benefits, reduce operating costs, to achieve business provides a support means.In the part of practical design of Ningxia Tietong internet intelligent operation system, it firstly introduces the overall scheme, system deployment of network organization plan, traffic data collection scheme, on this basis, to explore the design of Internet traffic in Ningxia CTT analysis scheme and intelligent operation system function structure.The fourth part focuses on the analysis of broadband users, the system covers the special customer analysis, customer value analysis, special protocol assessment, analysis, the whole network traffic network hot spot analysis and protocol flow control seven function modules are discussed from implementation, application scenarios and demonstration aspects.In the last chapter,it introduces detailed the test cases and the analysis of the test result.In short, Ningxia Tietong internet intelligent operation system in this paper has good practicability, fully meets the demands of the Internet operation management of Ningxia Tietong Telecom, and realizes the online behavior analysis of Internet users, the traffic management of the big customer hotline, export traffic control and other aspects which need to solve, it also provides a favorable support for the rapid development of enterprises and the benign operation.
