雷达干扰辅助决策研究
A Study of Assistant Decision-making for Radar Jamming

【摘要】 雷达干扰辅助决策系统运用数学、运筹学、管理科学、计算机技术、人工智能技术、网络技术等,能将快速、高效处理海量的战场信息数据,拟定干扰备选方案,为指挥员作战指挥提供参考。辅助决策系统具有知识全面、智能推理、快速反应等特点,在军事作战中有巨大的应用价值,尤其在看不见的战场----电子对抗领域更是如此。本文以野战防空作战为背景,对雷达干扰辅助决策系统组成、关键技术进行了研究,完成的主要工作为:1、介绍了脉冲压缩雷达、脉冲多普勒雷达和频率捷变雷达,三种先进雷达工作体制的技术特点、工作原理和主要用途。在此基础上,按照干扰性质的不同,分别给出了有效的干扰样式,阐述了各干扰样式的干扰原理、方法,以理论或仿真图的方式给出其干扰效果,并说明了相关干扰参数对干扰效果的影响。2、对雷达目标威胁排序进行了研究。针对现有空中目标威胁排序方法对支援作战飞机考虑的不足,研究了基于整体作战效能的威胁排序方法。建立了目标威胁排序的指标体系,分析了最小偏差模糊互补判断矩阵的指标权重求取方法,引入作战能力提高率矩阵Q,给出了支援作战的空中目标的威胁度。仿真结果表明,该排序方法对支援作战的空中目标的威胁评估更加准确,更加符合防空作战实际。3、对干扰效果评估进行了研究。介绍了干扰效果评估几种常用评估准则的利弊,研究了基于效用准则的干扰效果评估方法,从被干扰雷达工作能力出发,选取效果评估指标体系,引入决策理论中的效用函数,采取复数形式、取大算子,计算对目标雷达的干扰效果,较为准确的体现了实施干扰后目标雷达的工作能力的降低程度,即对干扰目的的满足程度。4、介绍了干扰辅助决策系统的组成及各部分的主要功能、干扰辅助决策的一般步骤及各步骤的主要任务,主要讨论了干扰备选方案的形成要素,考虑敌我力量对比等战场态势对决策者定下决心的预先影响,主要研究不同决策原则下的干扰资源分配,建立了乐观、悲观、满意三种不同决策原则下的干扰资源分配原则和分配模型,运用遗传算法进行了仿真实验。结果表明,不同决策原则下的干扰备选方案,各有利弊,为指挥员决策提供了重要参考。
【Abstract】 Radar Jamming Assistant Decision-making System(RJADS) utilized Math, Operations research, Management, computer technology, AI technology and Network technology etc, it could handle masses of battlefield information data in high speed and high efficiency, formulate the jamming alternative plan, which is important reference for operational commander. With comprehensive knowledge, intelligent reasoning, fast response characteristics, Assistant Decision-making System has tremendous applicable value in the military field, especially in the field of electronic countermeasure. The paper took the air defense warfare as background, studied the constitution and key technology of RJADS. The major work and conclusions of present paper are outlined as follows.Firstly, the paper introduced technical characteristics, working principle and main application of three kinds of advanced radar working system, which were the pulse compression radar, the pulse doppler radar and the frequency-agile radar. According to the different nature of radar jamming, it respectively put forward effective jamming mode, elaborated their principles and methods, gave the jamming effectiveness through simulation map, and illustrated the influence of relevant parameters on the jamming effectiveness.Secondly, the paper studied the radar target threat ordering. Aiming at the deficiency of air target threat ordering method to support combat aircraft considered, the paper put forward the threat ordering method based on overall combat effectiveness, established the index system of threat ordering, analysed the least bias fuzzy complementary judgment matrix method for calculating the index weights, introduced the improving rate matrix Q of combat capability, gave the threat degree of support combat target. The simulation result showed that, the threat ordering method was more accurately for evaluating the threat degree of support combat target, and more in line with the air defense combat practice.Thirdly, the paper discussed the jamming effectiveness evaluation. It listed the advantages and disadvantages of several commonly methods, presented the jamming effectiveness evaluation based on utility rule. By considering the working ability of jammed radar, it selected the evaluation index system, quoted the concept of utility function of decision theory, and took the plural form, max operator, calculated the jamming effectiveness. The evaluation method accurately reflected the decrease degree of working ability of jammed radar, which was as same as the satisfaction degree of jamming purpose.Lastly, the paper introduced the constitute and the main function of RJADS, the general steps and the main task of jamming assistant decision-making, discussed the elements of alternatives plan. Considering the impact of the battlefield situation on the commander’s decision in advance, the paper put forward the jamming resource allocation based on different decision principles, discussed the respective allocation model of optimistic principle, satisfactory principle and pessimistic principle. Finally, it simulated the resource allocation by genetic algorithm. The result showed the advantages and disadvantages of different alternative plans, which was the important reference for operational commander.
