【摘要】 随着改革开放的深入,广大农牧区也迎来了经济文化的巨大发展的同时农牧区社会结构也发生了巨大的变化。农村承包制度引发了牧区劳动力缺失的问题,与此同时城市化以及市场经济加快了牧区劳动分工。应试教育、计划生育以及各种人类行为(确切地说不恰当的土地利用政策)引发了牧区男《光棍汉》的问题。这些《光棍汉》现象对牧区文化经济的发展以及社会稳定带来了很多负面影响。本论文以阿鲁科尔沁旗赛罕塔拉苏木为例,以社会调查为基础,深入研究了光棍汉现象的社会历史原因的同时探索了社会工作对未婚男青年婚姻问题的介入问题。绪论部分阐述了研究现状、研究意义、研究概况以及研究方法以及相关概念。第一章叙述了赛罕塔拉苏木社会文化变迁过程以及把光棍汉现象对社会带来的影响。第一章研究了牧区女青年婚姻观念的变化,分析了光棍汉婚姻面临的实际困难,并探索了社会资源、扶持政策的同时寻找了社会工作的实际解决方案。结论部分总结前二章的同时分析了解决未婚男青年婚姻难问题的社会意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of the reform and open up process, there are great development in economic and cultural field as well as great change in social structure in pastoral area and countryside. Rural land system gives rise to the problem of the lack of labor force, and urbanization and market economy system accelerates the division of labor in rural area. Examination oriented education、one child policy and other human activities lead to the ‘issue of bachelor’(the increasing of the number of bachelor) in pastoral area. The bachelor phenomenon brings about negative influences to the cultural and economic development of pastoral area.This article takes Arkhorchin Banner Saikhantal Sum as Example, conducted a deep examination to social and historical cause of the ‘bachelor’ phenomenon based on social survey, and at the same time explored the way of social intervention to this issue. The introduction part focused on the literature review, meaning of the study, research method and related concepts. The first chapter discussed about the process of social cultural changes in Arkhorchin Banner Saikhantal Sum, and the negative effects that “bachelor” problem brings to the society. The second chapter gave an examination to female youths’ view of marriage in pastoral area, and analyzed the substantialdifficulties that bachelors encounter in terms of marriage issue. This chapter also tried to explore social resourcesand supporting policies so that to work out a solution for this issue. The final part discussed about the social significance of the ‘bachelors’ issue based on the conclusion of the previous chapters.更多还原
