【摘要】 教师流动伦理的理论价值和实践价值正处于不断增长中,教师流动研究向伦理方向“靠拢”的趋势日益明显。这是经济效益与社会价值、科学理性与道德伦理之间相互作用的结果。教师流动伦理是以教师流动实践中的利益关系为出发点,探寻教师流动过程中应当遵循的伦理道德规范,对教师流动进行伦理价值判断和道德拷问。根据我国不同历史时期,教育行政部门对教师流动现实的主观认识和价值选择,我国教师流动伦理先后经历了政治伦理主导、经济伦理主导与和谐伦理主导这三个历史时期。人性与自由构成教师流动伦理的属性基础；美德与善行成为教师流动伦理的基本遵循；公平与价值体现教师流动伦理的终极追求。本研究将着力点放在了教师流动伦理困境与出路的解读分析。围绕教师流动伦理的政策、主体、程序和目标这四方面,提出教师流动伦理困境表现在：教师流动政策伦理之公平缺失、教师流动伦理主体之道德病态、教师流动程序伦理之民主残缺、教师流动伦理目标之公益褪隐。而造成教师流动伦理困境的原因在于我国传统伦理文化消极因素的影响、市场经济的负面干扰作用、教师流动管理体制的缺陷、教师流动伦理研究的忽视。要寻求教师流动伦理出路,需要完善教师流动伦理观念的公平正义、加强教师流动伦理主体的道德塑造、创新教师流动伦理程序民主、开展教师流动伦理研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Theoretical and practical values of ethics is in the flow of teachers in the growing turnover of teachers to ethical research direction "close" is increasingly evident. This is the result of the interaction between the economic and social value, scientific rationality and ethics.Interest flows ethics teacher is a teacher-flow practice as a starting point to explore the teachers should follow the flow of the process code of ethics for teachers flows ethical value judgments and moral torture. According to the different periods of history, educational and administrative departments of teacher mobility subjective understanding of reality and value choice, ethics of teacher mobility has undergone dominant political ethics, economic ethics and harmony ethics dominant leading three historical periods. Humanity and freedom constitute property of the underlying flow of teachers ethics; virtues and good deeds become essential to follow the flow of teachers ethics; fair value reflected in the ultimate pursuit of teacher mobility ethics.This study will focus on the interpretation and analysis of teacher mobility ethical dilemmas way out. Teacher mobility around ethics policy, subject, and target these four aspects, ethical dilemmas raised teacher mobility in:Incomplete fair democratic ethics missing teacher mobility policy, ethics and moral morbid subject of teacher mobility, teacher mobility program ethics, teacher mobility the implicit goal of public welfare ethics faded. The cause of the flow of teachers ethical dilemmas that affect our traditional ethical culture negative factors, the negative interference of the market economy, the flow of teachers defect management system, the flow of teachers to ignore ethical research. To seek a way out ethics teacher mobility, teachers need to improve the flow of justice ethics and strengthen the flow of teachers to shape the ethical and moral subjects, innovative teacher mobility program of democratic ethics, conduct ethical research teacher mobility.更多还原
