沈阳市卧龙湖藻类调查及水质评价研究

【摘要】 卧龙湖是作为康平县创新发展、特色发展的“催化剂”,其被誉为辽宁的生态屏障、沈阳的“绿色过滤器”。所以,为了更好的发挥卧龙湖的作用,康平县积极地向国家申请湿地项目,本文的目的是以湖中藻类的角度评价卧龙湖的水质评价以服务申请国家湿地公园。本文主要内容有:对卧龙湖水质评价调查的方案设计,通过对卧龙湖中藻类优势的类别有哪些、有多少,为了评价卧龙湖水质来提供依据,并结合综合评价水质的其它指标进行评价,这样就可以更加全面、准确地反映卧龙湖的现状。此次研究对湖中的藻类进行定性和定量分析,辅之以细菌的计量,分析湖水的生态特征,对卧龙湖的生态保护提供数据来有针对性的进行保护具有重要的意义。通过分析得到以下结论:藻类密度分析得到卧龙湖浮游藻类种类较为丰富,浮游藻类多样性较高,但藻类密度偏高,已达到中富营养水平。通过水质评价指标Gleason多样性指数和Shannon-Weaver多样性指数的计算,得出卧龙湖的水质大体处于轻度污染的程度的结果。因此,有关部门需要对卧龙湖环境加强保护,减少污染物的进入以降低湖水营养水平,改善水质。

【Abstract】 Wolong Lake is a ecological barrier of Liaoning province, a "green kidney" of Shenyang, and a "booster" of Kangping innovation and development, characteristics of the development. In order to better playing the role of Wolong Lake, Kangping actively apply to the National Wetlands Project. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the perspective of algae in the lake water quality assessment and Wolong Lake National Wetland Park to service requests.The main contents are: to design Wolong Lake water quality survey by the algae advantage Wolong Lake category which, how many, in order to provide a basis for evaluating the water quality of Lake Wolong, and in combination with other indicators of water quality comprehensive evaluation, in order to more fully accurately reflect the current situation Wolong Lake. The study of the lake’s algae qualitative and quantitative analysis, measurement complemented by bacteria analysis of ecological characteristics of the lake, on the ecological protection Wolong Lake provide data targeted for protection is of great significance.Through analysis, we can get the conclusion: by algae density analysis, phytoplankton algae species in Wolong Lake are more abundant, high phytoplankton diversity, but high density of algae. It was lightly in midrange. Water quality evaluation by Shannon-Weaver diversity index calculations and Gleason diversity index, draw water quality Wolong lake generally mild in the degree of contamination. Therefore, the need to strengthen the protection of Wolong Lake, reduce entering the lake pollutants and reduce the levels of nutrition to improve water quality is necessary.
