【摘要】 目的：系统评价尘螨滴剂舌下免疫治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性。方法：计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Ovid、CBM、万方数据、CNKI、VIP数据库、The Cochrane Library(2014年第5期),检索时间均从建库至2014年5月；收集关于尘螨滴剂舌下特异性免疫治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的随机对照试验(RCT)。由2位评价者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入9个研究,663例患者。Meta分析结果显示：在减少药物使用评分[SMD=-0.61,95%CI (-0.94,-0.27), P=0.0004]和降低患者血清特异性IgE抗体水平[随访时间>22周：SMD=0.71,95%CI(0.31,1.12),P=0.0005]方面,试验组均优于对照组；但两组在鼻部症状评分[SMD=0.06,95%CI(-0.13, 0.25),P=0.55]及不良反应发生率[OR=1.3,95%CI (0.89,1.90), P=0.17]方面无明显差异。结论：尘螨滴剂舌下免疫治疗儿童变应性鼻炎可减少抗组胺药、p受体激动剂及鼻喷激素的使用频率,不良反应少,安全性好,但不能有效减轻鼻部症状及在短时间内降低血清特异性IgE抗体水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of dust mite sublingual immunotherapy(SLIT) in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods: Randomized controlled trials about SLIT treating allergic rhinitis in pediatric patients were collected in PubMed,EMbase,Ovid,CBM, WanFang Data, CNKI, VIP from inception to May 20 Hand the Cochrane Library from inception to Issue5 2014.Two reviewers independently screened studies according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data and evaluated the methodological quality of the included studies. Then meta-analysis was performed using the software RevMan 5.3. Results:A total of nine RCTs including 663 patients were finally included. The results of meta-analysis indicated that:the trial group was superior to the control group in reducing the scores of drug use (SMD=-0.61,95%CI-0.94 to-0.27, P=0.0004) and mite-specific serum IgE levels (follow-up time>22weeks:SMD=0.71,95%CI0.31 to 1.12, P=0.0005). However, no significant difference was found between the two groups in the scores of nasal symptoms (SMD=0.06,95%CI-0.13 to 0.25, P=0.55) and the incidence of adverse reaction (OR=13, 95%C/0.89 to 1.90,P=0.17).Conclusion:SLIT had less adverse events and better security, can also decrease the using frequency of antihistamine,β-aganist and nasal spray steroids.But SLIT was useless of decreasing the nasal symptoms and mite-specific serum IgE level for pediatric patients with allergic rhinitis.更多还原
